Liven, I'm not sure I understand what the transaction was though . . . my color indicator shows that it was a conditioned trade - not a trade at ask or bid.

anybody who is in fhal, please take 5-10 minutes to fill this out, i have provided most of the info to them, i gave links to ********** and our-street, u need to do the same, just type the website, then tell the problem, then give them that website showing that ourstreet has been convicted before and what not, just make it 2 paragraphs or so, mine is ling as hell, but make it kinda long with a little info

This whole damn thing has got my teeth clinchen...
Chart could go either way, along way, and its all about that 10K.....If somthin isn't out on the wire TODAY....I fear .50 will show its ugly head in a flash.....Ole Rufas better get on the ball!!

Let's keep in mind that the lunch time thing is a RUMOR, -not a PR. It may adjust because so many are talking about it, but "tank?" -I don't think so. JMO

It surprises me how so many traders seem to have ADD. I have 4 businesses... been through business audits that took weeks... you are using people and resources who have their own timelines. These professionals don't just stop everything at the S&P, NASDQ to settlle some small issue for a new company, it takes time. They had to sift through vast quantities of data for this 10k... I'm amazed that they are as far as they say they are. I saw the August 1st deadline as fictitious in the first place. I never thought they would make it. This is not like baking cookies... it's complicated and could take weeks... they are accomplishing this in a shorter period (I hope)... and I commend them for their efforts. Too bad people are not so patient. My advice... take some Ritalin and wait for the 10k... the price of this stock is irrelevant to me. If it tanks... it'll tank from a poor 10k faster than I'll be able to sell it. My loss.

I can't join a sell off on a rumor not being fulfulled, if it comes and goes I'll ride it out. Why? Because of what I've seen with CVSU and the possiblities. Rufus has kept his word with things that are in his control IMO. If I had a 10k to look at I wouldn't even have the computer on, done deal then...
I'm hoping for the best, the market is in waiting, chart reflects that ~ nothing breaking, volume dropping.

I agree Stock, but it's like any other project.. s*it happens... things we don't know about and he probably can't take the time to deliberate every detail and play-by-play of the merger... he should have said "first week of August", been a little more loose. Shame it is affecting the shareholders and helping out shorties...
