I wish Rufus would quit with the Paltalk stuff. It makes me wonder, to be honest with you. I know he's got to be tired of all of the dumb questions or people wanting him to spill info he's not ready to or legally can't. Oh well, I'm just along for the ride, and I'll tune into Paltalk to see what's going on.

They are posted throughout the day. EDGAR has a nice updating listing of all of todays filings. I have a simple HTML page I built that displays it and updates every ten seconds. Been a while since I have used it but it is running on my desktop today.

Yes..seems I recall that "they" were having a "hard time" with getting that done...remember..there's more to the audit since it has just been "purchased"...and now the PPS will go down even more because it will have been "postponed' People will consider it even more of a "scam"...
IMO if this isn't done by the end of next week..it will completely fall...it's still is as much of a gamble as it was last week...now even more peeps will jump and try to get back again when the audit is filed...if you are in for the "long haul" stop watching and go enjoy your lives...if you are on the fence...jump now...IMO

I was listening to PalTalk the other night and everyone on there gave their personal deadline for the 10K as 1:00 PM today. I translated that to mean 11:00AM or 12:00 today.

Personally I think we are better served if the 10k comes out after the halt ... better support for the $15 pps and big ? for the shorts to have to contemplate!

the way the 8k reads these financials are needed BEFORE the merger goes through...

Not worried just feeling the panic setting in. This 10K is so very important, and it in my eyes the only thing at all they had to get done this week. (OK squash da lemon, too.)

Heck I have an HTML page built specifically for these type of wait senarios. I have been here before, but never for a document that has meant this much. The 10K being late is very bad in my opinion.

He may halt it prior to releasing the 10K. 11. NASDAQ has given them the green light!!..if PPS was at 1.75...he said we could list right away!

SYSY... ha ha ~ yes I've played with what might happen and even with this thing going through on the other side one has to wonder if you're a fool to sell at $15....
Not being greedy here, but wouldn't is suck to dump and at the EOD it's $27.00? Then went to $30-$40 in a week or two?... Yes and what about all the spin offs?... All to think about ~
I'm more thinking about those things now, cause there isn't anything else to do but wait for that 10k as Tax pointed out.

Everybody keeps saying the 10K is late. It was always said that it would happen between tues & Thursday. Come on this is Friday Morning. In most scenarios a late 10K is 15 days or more. This is the same thing people just get to anxious. I'm holding through the conversion and could care less if it comes out in the next 5 minutes or sometime Monday. They are auditing FHAL financials. If questions come up they have to be addressed prior to sending it to the SEC. It would be worse to send it in and then have the SEC question it and have to go back. Could you imagine the panic that would cause. Take a deep breath.

This private entity has been waiting a long time to go public. I surmise that they were making enough money in the private sector to wait before coming public... they could really be trying to explode! It looks as though everything is in order... the paperwork takes alot of time. These guys gotta be tired as it's been a hell of a long week. Rufus should stop doing interviews because he's way too tired to be sounding firm and intelligent on air. Just get the work done. I'm sticking, walking away from the computer, and sacrificing a goat in the backyard for RUFUS!!!
