Yeah, so am I....like I have a choice at this PPS. I'm getting tired of these pumped pennies always going in reverse.
Broken promises, delays, PPS falling, same story over and over.
There are no long holds in pennies, IMO.
Tough way to learn lessons.

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 26, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a distribution agreement with HACO Payment Systems. HACO will be an authorized dealer of the Cyber Tracker, which will target the credit card payment processing industry. HACO is a registered merchant services provider of Visa® and MasterCard® for NOVA Information Systems, Inc. and US Bank.

HACO Payment Systems (www.hacopaymentsystems.com) has helped identify an additional market for the Cyber Tracker by utilizing the Internet Protocol features of the Cyber Tracker's Ethernet port. By simply connecting the Cyber Tracker using a crossover cable to a VeriFone Omni 3750IP credit card terminal, a merchant can process credit card transactions using wireless communications technology. In this setup, the Cyber Tracker acts as a communications gateway and the terminal's communications software connects to the processor's host computer in the same manner as if it were connected to DSL. This setup competes with existing products in the market place that have wireless data communications built into the terminal, however none of these wireless terminals offer GPS tracking. The other benefits are that the Omni 3750IP has a telephone line backup. This allows a merchant to use the terminal in a traditional retail environment and also in a mobile or trade show environment where telephone lines are not available.

The merchants that would benefit from the Cyber Tracker and Omni 3750IP package are: antique and art dealers that have retail stores and attend shows, building material that deliver to the job site, mechanic tool vendors, landscaping services, plumbing, heating and cooling contractors and any merchant that offers card services at a customer's site. The additional benefit of the Cyber Tracker to larger companies with fleets of vehicles is the ability for the dispatcher to track where their vehicles are in addition to the driver's ability to accept credit cards as a form of payment at the time of delivery.

"This is one of many machine to machine applications that are available to be used with the Cyber Tracker. Homeland Integrated Security Systems and HACO successfully completed an initial test of the Cyber Tracker and the Omni 3750IP with an auction house merchant who needed wireless processing for an off site auction in Belle Mead Tennessee the weekend of May 20th," stated Ian Riley, Chief Technical Officer of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. recently announced during their teleconference that the Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. shareholder dividend of EVSI shares, which was to be issued to shareholders of record as of June 29th, 2006, was extended to a record date of July 27, 2006. All Homeland Integrated Security shareholders of record as of July 27, 2006 will receive 1 share of Evans System Inc. for every 50 shares of HISC they own as of the record date. The dividend in Evans System is expected to be valued at $.50 per share.

Why? What does he bring that we didnt already have? IMO, the old CEO made enough money and is now ready to bail. There is still nothing good about the broadcast. Just more delays. EVSI trading at .05 now. What is going to make it worth .50 all of a sudden? You can pump all you want, but until the PPS stops dropping, it all doesnt mean a thing.

Unfortunately, I see HISC now going to under a penny here soon. Nothing exciting about any of the latest chain of events.

It will and look at today alone. The whole chain of events with HISC has been a total mess and makes ZERO sense. The investors are unhappy and there is nothing that I see would make anyone purchase shares at this point. Plus, I know several large holders who are selling off their shares and moving over to HMSC in an effort to get back their losses.

The problem with HISC right now is that they are fighting an uphill battle. Here you have the MM's naked shorting the stock and refusing to let it run like in the old days, then to add to the problem is the sudden change in leadership, the pushing back of the free shares of the new company once again, and the unexplainable reason why Moody is jumping ship on HISC and the non acquisition of ActSoft. It is a total mess!!!! I would just like to know why when the company was heading in the right direction.

OH WHAT A FUTURE WE HAVE

Press Release Source: Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' GSM Cyber Tracker Passes Preliminary Automotive Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing

Thursday June 29, 8:31 am ET

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 29, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Company's patent-pending Cyber Tracker(TM) has passed the preliminary automotive Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing. With the Cyber Tracker(TM) passing the preliminary automotive electromagnetic testing, Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be able to further negotiations with tier 1 automotive manufacturers such as Volvo, Renault, Mercedes, Ford, and General Motors.
Many of the major automotive manufacturers have implemented a process to examine the EMC of the vehicle's electrical system. The EMC process includes a series of requirements for the complete vehicle, the components, and subsystems that make up the vehicle's electrical system. These combined performance requirements assure that the vehicle will operate as designed without being affected by variations in the electromagnetic environment of the vehicle.

Because the Cyber Tracker is a small computer, it has the ability to hold, store and forward the GPS data when a vehicle goes outside of coverage. The Cyber Tracker can also send alerts when a driver exceeds a pre-determined speed limit, stop duration or when it travels outside of a predetermined area. The Cyber Tracker can be also be integrated into a vehicle to provide reliable vehicle diagnostics and help the scheduling of vehicle maintenance.

"We are very pleased that the preliminary testing has been completed successfully. This was a necessary step in moving forward with negotiations to finalize agreements with companies such as Renault, Volvo and Ford Motor Company," stated Ian Riley, Chief Technical Officer of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.
