Unfortunately i do not think it is just young that has driven omog down the pennies are down and the oil sector in general are down but at least the Dow is up, a few days of that and the pennies will hopefully rebound. Omog is way to low for a company that has oil wells, if a shell company gets a few oil wells their stock would be higher than this it makes no sense.

Mr Young went right after the pps today. Maliciously tried to shake investors. looking at that headline.. Putting OMDA and (OTC-PINK SHEET-OMOG) in the headline. He knew exactly how investors would react this morning. pretty rotten really.. He was trying deperately to discredit OMDA as a sham and make adam pay for this by freaking out investors. And it worked. I hope they file another lawsuit on top of the old one and put the hammer to this guy.

its pretty rediculous how this guy misrepresented the BDGR settlement and adam not selling Panola as direct evidence that all OMDA does is sue people and cancel deals. We've already settled once with BDGR. Anyone doing proper DD knows this young guy is dead wrong. How great would it be if adam lays another lawsuit on him, right after the guy accuses them of doing nothing but suing people.. LMAO.. Do it bulldog.... use those lawyers on retainer, their hungry for blood

I was gonna keep this too myself, but i called IR guy earlier and talked to him very briefly. He was vague in that he told me to wait for the newsletter and he knows that investors are feeling frustrated. When i asked him about young oil's PR today he sounded PISSED about their accusations. I asked him well, are you going to take this lying down? and his answer was.. no sir, we are not!

what happened to the days of this stock trading a few ticks a day, it was a completely boring stock to own. Then all of a sudden the upping of volume, attention of mm's, lawsuits, accusations, investors accumulating millions of shares, settlement news pending, slander, speculation, sellers giving up and shook.. Then 2 100 % gains in a month and now completely oversold waiting for a promised newsletter. WOW...

Thank you Mr. Young for the chance at cheap shares. I didn't want to use my free cash for more because I want to get in NLST before it jumps.
The pps did exactly what I expected so I sold 500k at .005 at the open and bought them back a few minutes later at .0047. Nice little profit, a lower pps for me and I still have the same amount of shares!
So 1 million of the volume today was me.

rbreb, i snatched some up at at .0045.. too over sold. although i think that mm's will try to snatch up cheap shares until OMOG stops the bleeding with this pr. Im holding 2 mill plus.. a little in the red, but the bulldog will come out swinging. Not the time to bow out now. Mr. Young guy played on everyones fears like bin laden. weak hands keep falling to accumulaters.. This will get VERY interesting

I agree, WAY oversold. When we see whats in the newsletter we should start to see some green days again. At least for awhile. This is a tough play in the instant gratification penny world. Most want the money now and are not willing to hold for the long run. I wouldn't either if it wasn't my busy time at work. I sell/service lawncare equipment. It is just to busy for me to keep track of the market during the day. So I picked OMOG because of the risk/reward potential. I'm holding a little over 1.5 mil now. Will add to it with my profits from the next run. Hopefully it won't be a very long wait.

I agree. I can't believe Young's lawyers would let a PR like that hit the wires. It appeared to me as an act of desperation. Its one thing to deny the charges, its quite another to come off in a slanderous attitude. This PR could backfire on them when it comes down to it. Let the courts decide it now. If I were Adam/Omda I wouldn't accept a out of court settlement now unless it was for double what we want and Young bends over and kisses himself where the sun don't shine on Letterman!

It appears when adam took over omog a lot of people (companies) felt it would be business as usual. I think that young oil felt that if they had a contract with omog and decided not to fulfil it no big thing because they knew that nobody would pursue them in a court of law if they (omog) had anything to hide, they assumed that adam was like the previous owners but now have found out differently. These two lawsuits are different and i am glad they are separate, one for a contract breach the other for many things. To me the big one is the one with bdgr. and associates, although the one with young is getting interesting and i think young oil just uped the ante. The bdgr. suit is the one that 60% of me wants a settlement and 40% says go to court then "if" they are guilty i hope they get locked up. Whether your an investor in omog or on the sidelines most of us investors hope these guys get the max "if" they are guilty, hopefully it will maybe make ceo's think twice before they do this on another company, most everyone playing the pennies for very long has been burned by some type of questionable deal, we are suppose to be protected under the law from these things but we know how that goes. I think when the smoke clears adam will be the only one standing, time will tell.

the only ones selling now are doing it at a loss. Unless they were the really fortunate ones that got .0042 shares when young guy freaked everyone out. Ive seen this go under .004 just once in 6 months and that was during winter. it popped right back up in the .0048 range right after. tho bottom seems to be right now, unless adam lays really bad news on us. which i doubt will happen
