exactly bond, agreed, there are a number of different factors that could affect pps. a multitude of factors. it all depends on how much they get in the settlement and how its presented to the public in the pr.

Just thinking about things, seems like if adam wanted the easy way out of this he could of just lined his pockets with dilution or R split and blamed dragon dudes. he could of done a number of things other than taking the high road and sued these crooks to get whats his and the shareholders. Im sure we will see a pr soon at least to update just whats going on. I've noticed that a lot of people lose their patience with this, i guess its human nature, i think that we dropped from a penny to this, with shrinking support b/c people think they can play something else and then jump back in at .0065 I've been thru it before here on this thread, then its just me kay and wish and a maybe a couple others. then the cycle starts all over again and then it goes from .0065 to .0123 again. Im just hoping we get settlement news to stop this cycle. Im worried that if adam keeps putting out pr's about the next person he's gonna sue people will lose patience. adam, prepare your next pr well IMO..

I'm with you cactus. I keep a core position in this at all times right now. I have some cash in reserve to buy more if it drops a lot. I'm still green so no need for worry. I have the patience of a rock. I am getting antzy but I will hold until I see the news we know is coming. I'm still planning on flipping a portion of my shares whenever the opportunity arises. No sense letting profit pass me by. I'll use the profit to buy more on the dips. I started with a mere 300,000 shares and now have 750k by using profits from this and some others. I'll continue to add as I can. Currently OMOG is 1/3 of my portfolio. 80% seems a little risky to me? Its still a pinky after all.

In one of the posts it was mentioned about the o/s i had thought about this many times i even asked them 3-4 weeks ago about a possible buy back, if you think about it when the money and oil fields come back they should have extra cash and to me it seems logical that if you want to enhance value to the company in a hurry then reducing shares is a quick way to do that, it is a win win for investors and the CEO who is a very large investor, 1 million dolars might not be much in this settlement but would sure buy back a lot of shares just something to think about. I am sure whatever they do it will be in the best interest of the company and investors because they own so many regular shares.

i was thinking share buyback too, that would be the most ideal way to really strengthen the pps. and if they have the cash, it only makes sense

Us great minds must all think alike. I had the very same thought a few weeks ago. Retiring some of the O/S would definitely boost the share price and reward all the longs for their patience.
Couple that with some producing assets and this could be a very good stock for the future. My plan was to hold some of this for the long run just in case they do all of the above.

The thing i like about the situation with this company right now is that if something is negitive for us investors it is also going to be negitive for the CEO, it is like shooting himself in the foot, to build this company up has a big plus for the CEO money and more money and the feeling of really achieving something that's great for all that are involved, but the wait is hard.

adam has always reminded me of jerry jones.. an oil guy that was super agressive at a young age. someone that can make things happen ! a snippet about him...
"petroleum interests became hugely successful Jerry Jones business expanded throughout the 1970s and '80s. He eventually had offices in Oklahoma City, OK, Fort Smith and Little Rock, AR, Sacramento, CA, and Calgary, Alberta, Canada. After two decades in the oil and gas game, Jones entered the world of professional sports in 1989, purchasing the floundering Dallas Cowboys (3-13) and Texas Stadium for $140 million."

We can sure have fun speculating on what to do with all that cash and oil wells it would open so many doors, money grows money the CEO can have a lot of fun once he gets this thing behind him.

No man I think you hould go 40% here and 40% on PBLS. LOL
I must admit I am having a hard time keeping a large portion of my funds on the side lines or in bigger stocks like NBR. I think that I may very well have discovered the two best risk/reward companies I have ever found in the last 2 weeks with OMOG and PBLS.
How in the hell did I not discovery allstocks and you people before last month? Sheesh.
Oh for what it's worth I place a daily limit order for a million shares at .0074 everyday while the chart looks this strong.
I must admit that I don't really want this to happen just like PGPM..well unless it really does go 1000% in 1 day. Mainly because I would like to have a slow, steady, indigestion free climb to riches...HA Yeah Right.
Hey if this works and you buy the kegs I may very well have to break out the 'ole college keg stand trick...that otta be a good laugh for everyone!

All parties have been served via USPS certified mail. OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. alleges that Young Operating Company breached its Contract "by failing to drill wells, failing to report regularly to OMDA, failing to provide a consistent right of first refusal to OMDA, failing to pay OMDA for the gas wells that Defendants reported to OMDA to be producing, and wholly failing to comply with the 'Time is of the Essence' provision."
OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. entered into a long-term oil and gas play with Young Oil Corp on June 7th, 2005. OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. invested $150,000 for an initial 20% interest in a six well program and first right of refusal on any other prospects on Young leases.
