no, im realistic, and this thread doesnt deserve to be buried 4 pages back at all times. if OMOG did 90 million, thats about 12 times the average. this thing would fly upwards with 90 mill a day. I'll take 8 mill a day with a slow gain..

Right now i am sitting on this stock if it goes down i will try and buy more, if it goes up which it should i will watch, this could get interesting. I think when we had that 90 million day back in March investors were accumulating now a lot are watching, just a guess.

I agree, i just have a strong feeling that it will go back to the 200 day avg of .008
then sit there until we get some good pr. Im hoping for .018 by the end of the summer. Just my personal opinion.

If they finalize this settlement and it any where near what they say you should see .018 real fast. There looking at 37 million plus, even if they got back 5-10 million in real assets that would be far more assets that a lot a pennies much much higher than .018. We will have to wait but they still have their current business properties. I think the reason some investors like myself do not care how far back this companies posts get buried is they are not flipping it and if the settlement goes thru it will be up on the first page in a hurry.

Court date is supposed to be april 17th, and since they're settling out of court, and don't want postponement, I see a finalization before then and maybe a PR very soon, before or a bit after the april 17th date....looking good here

The best thing is that this court settlement is good but not necessarily the best thing going on with OMOG. All is not riding on this decision. They have lots of irons in the fire right now. If only a portion come through, we are going up, up, up!

OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. Provides Legal Update - Settlement Negotiations Well Underway...
Management, as mentioned in OMDA's last newsletter, is pleased to announce it did in fact enter into a final global settlement negotiation in its case against former management. Though the attorneys for both sides are nearing the final stages in drafting the settlement, management feels a shareholder update at this time is warranted. Our company counsel has informed us that the negotiations have been going smoothly and with no significant roadblocks from either side; however, he has also suggested we remind our shareholders and other interested parties of the magnitude of the work involved in a settlement of this size. The work involves due diligence similar to the due diligence of a multi-million dollar acquisition involving hundreds of individual wells and a half dozen separate leases in two states. Title opinions, production (both historic and current) and potential liabilities (both legal and environmental), must be identified and verified from state and local agencies, as well as oil and gas buyers. The last thing we want to happen is to capture a large amount of assets burdened with liabilities. Adam Barnett, Chairman stated, "Oftentimes when reaching this stage of a settlement, early exuberance is tempered by reality; however, it now appears that the ultimate result to OMDA's shareholders will be considerably larger in numbers of properties, cash flow and discounted present value of reserves than originally anticipated at the time of filing of the original lawsuit." Barnett went on to say, "While it is possible that negotiations could break down even at this late date, I have seen nothing to date that would lead me to believe that it will happen. I authorized our legal team a few weeks ago to petition the court to take a 'continuance' and reset the trial date to a later date. In the unlikely circumstance that a settlement fails, we are and will be well prepared to take this to trial."

They are making sure that all properties are free and clear this could be a hugh settlement. I asked them if they could also update us on all their properties they own now and how they are doing so hopefully we will also see an update letter soon.

I asked a lot of different questions. There are a lot of restricted shares on this stock. the CSUA deal is still pending should go one way or the other shortly. They lawyers are making sure that the properties they are getting are free and clear and also that they get all the properties back, makes sense. The main thing to me right now is i wanted to know more about their present properties the other is just icing on the cake. I do understand that right now with this settlement still in progress they do not have a lot of spare time to do pr's and they are pretty frugal on pr's anyway. Thet appear not to be a fluff company that is good.

My opinion on the CSUA sale is that i do not think it will go thru. Im feel with this possible settlement which their appears to be cash involved, that they will proceed on with this property by themselves, but you never know.

As long OMOG can do over 7 mill a day, it seems to do well. Im hoping the 2-3 mill days are in the past for the most part. Just IMO

Looks like Adam is letting former mngmt. have it with this team of lawyers he's got. hopefully nothing breaks down during the final stages. Looks like even if it did, he's ready to take this to trial in a second. He must really have former management by the "you know what". Just IMO

the only thing thats holding this back is volume and the unknown factor, after that spread in barrons it popped to .006 then people forgot about it again and moved on. If they can get a good settlement with cash and they start rolling out oil... this thing will run hard. GCOG went to .085 two weeks ago, and they arent doing much, plus they just got bailed out to keep them afloat. O/S doesnt look to big to prevent a decent run. We'll see... Just IMO

they dont need fluff pr's they have enough solid ones that come out in a timely manner. I think that they struggled this last year b/c they got ripped off by old management, and was wrapped up in this litigation. Looks like all the hard work adams done this last year will pay off, seems like he has a much stronger hands on approach to running the company and he cares about investors. something thats rare in OTC land. all IMO

getting a little late spike in vol. not like the 10 million yesterday, but better than the 3 million days. I think people are realizing that they dont want to be on the sidelines if they announce good news. IMO

This one had a weird day of trading on Thursday, fair amount of volume and stays between .0058-.0059 almost acts like someone is picking up shares. I am still sitting tight on this one it appears to be a good oil play, sitting on possible nice jump time will tell.

I kind of feel like i talk to myself on this stock, not many of us on this post looks like the Bob Uecker of the pinks but he has made plenty of money off that. Guess i will go back and see what it does, don't think i am going to get any more cheap buys on this one, we will see.
