I really just think now its a question of when will they settle, it appears that omog's lawyers are just separating how many counts they can put against bdgr and bdgr is feeling the heat, if any one count were to stick if they dared go to court its most likely would be jail time and loss of a lot of or most of the bdgr, it appears that they could not have acquired these properties legally by the way the omog lawyers were so careful to wait to name bdgr. I think omog lawyers had to make sure they had something solid before they did this, now they are adding to this suit as they discover more and are able to legally force bdgr to turn over documents they need. Why did bdgr just answer to the last petition what about the other ones, something has to be up but we all know that it can stretch out, it would be nice to see it end and see what we have.

soap opera drama should continue.. hopefully the drama plays out to our advantage this week, compared to all the left field stuff prior. news will be sooner or later in some form. the after burners are starting to fire up for the shuttle, will it go to pluto and beyond or will we self implode at takeoff.
balls in your court... again adam.. look for a settlement on the prior petitions or lawyers talk adam into trial..
suspense....its all about who you want to gamble on..

I would love to just not watch OMOG for a couple of weeks. Unfortunatly I am not sure enough about it to just walk away.
I hate watching really choppy stocks...better just to check every few days and look at the averages, but if we end up with horrible news (very unlikly) then I want to be there to get out.

ajore: Can you tell us why counsel for BDGR has filed a motion o withdraw? Don't tell me that their client proved too recalcitrant and acted in bad faith. Trial could get very very nasty could it not, for those with unclean hands. Good luck to all!

hbbus700: I believe the information regarding BDGR's motion to withdraw counsel is accurate. It could be difficult but not impossible for them to secure new representation, but time to trial is fast approaching leaving little time to prepare. I hope this can prove to be good incentive to reconsider a fair and equitable settlement.

I agree with you on how little time the new lawyers would have to prepare this case. To us investors it seems like an eternity but for lawyers it is almost to short of time especially considering it is several different charges. This might be where the difficulty lies, you need a good criminal, business and property lawyer all in one to defend your case, it appears omog has quite a bit of evidence already. This all plays into omog settlement cards and should help to push the settlement along.

I guess in a sense they are separate cases between civil and criminal but they could end up being close together in time if they are turned into the proper people. I think if rumor is true they probably had a falling out because of how each felt the case should be handled.

I doubt it has anything to do with changing counsel or similar. The saying lawyers want blood is accurate. They want to keep racking up the money and pressure to get these guys to settle. the longer they stall the lawyers will be tempted to file another amended. yes, almost positive that the petitions are filed for the public to see, im not sure if you can see each amended petition, maybe just the date each one was amended. I posted the link to the houston courthouse a while back where you can view omda's file.. Im guessing that the settlement will happen and will cover the prior past 3 petitions and what they asked for, or bits and pieces from each amended petition. But. you never know. I dont think it will be close to 32 million though maybe a third of that tops.. just guessing and speculation
The charts are looking great IMO, and

I went looking for that link last night could not find it, do you remember what page it was on. You would think we could look at the petitions so we know exactly what they all say.

Green again. Low volume is killing us. It gives the MM's to much room to play us.
Is it BDGR's lawyer thats pulling out? That could be very good for us. Makes BDGR look all the more guilty. Maybe they had a lawyer that had some ethics and he wouldn't lie for them?
