I was in constant communication with the IR. He consistently said its a very good sign that there hasn't been a new trial date set. Now could you see why it would be a bad sign that a new trial date was set??... Guys stop letting your emotions get attached to these stocks.

why did adam discuss reseting the trial date in the last newsletter.. and i find it surprising that you keep acting like this is the end to mediation because a trial was reset.. its a pressure tactic by lawyers to bring the other party to the table. it sets a deadline.. its a no brainer..
you were the one getting all over me about asking OMDA for a pr to update us.. saying to not waste my time.. BUT.. you were the one yesterday telling everyone that you were going to sell before the "settlement talks are over" pr comes out and that you had word trial was assured.. and that .004 was imminent.. enjoy your one star.... dont dive bomb this thread acting like you know everything. leaving one sentence responses.. why dont you go back to not posting again..you havent added much..

And it never crossed your mind that the IR had no idea what he was talking about? He's a marketing guy. He'll say what he thinks is the best spin for the company. He's not a lawyer or mediator. A new court date was always in the plan he just didn't know it (apparently he doesn't read the company newsletter). Anybody even a little familiar with the legal system would know this.

The IR is also Adam's personal assistant. This is a very small company. I do plan on possibly getting back into this stock when i see the next newsletter as long as my questions are answered. I'm not bashing I was just passing out information that you guys failed to miss. He did discuss in a past PR that the trial date would be reset, However, we didnt actually see it reset till a few weeks after. FYI, do the DD, I believe settlment will happen. I dont think these guys wanna risk a trial but time will tell.

appearntly you are getting very emotional cactus, you cannot tie yourself emotionally to a stock it has killed me in the past. The reset does mean something. I dont think talks are going as smoothly otherwise the reset wouldn't be necessary. Like i said I'm not even considering buying back into this stock until i see the new newsletter so i dont care what the stock price does. chill out man

Look everyone. brokerage never told a single person to sell..that I remember. His information may or may not be perfectly accurate, but I don't think it's fair to shoot the messenger. Besides even if he was a basher he'd have to be pretty darn good to bring the whole house down by himself. I mean whens the last time you all looked at r/b OOMG board...that's pathitec bashing.
I think the drop had at least as much to do with the fact the everyone was getting ansy about not getting settelment news...heck I was getting a little ansy myself.

We just forgot about the old info that was put out some weeks ago in a pr that they made a new trial date most of us forgot on all three boards and then the herd instinct took over we will be ok buy next week and trading about one cent again unless we get some news

well, really flat day, followed by a crummy week of trading for this stock. i dont think that this will go anywhere without news. at least we know news is coming with the newsletter. it seems people are betting on bad news. we may very well see some good news. thats the feeling i got talking to them.

Don't worry, I don't have that many yet. I will sell into the runs at the ask so as not to hurt the share price. I don't care about the extra commissions. Selling smaller chunks at the ask on the way up will just increase my profits anyways.
I wouldn't want to do anything that would hurt my fellow longs here. And neither should you guys. Sell small chunks on the way up at the ask and we all win.

bond.. the monkey died today.. trust me .. i always hated that monkey, and im sure that gnul feels the same. put concrete boots on that monkey. the faster that monkey dies the faster pps rises.. i should of known not to launch that jinx monkey..

Next week we should see the newsletter it will be interesting. The way the whole suit has been going and the entering into talks by all defendants we pretty much know at some point a lot of assets will be coming back plus cash. The big question do these defendants want to string this thing out and take a chance that the settlement talks will be taken off the table by omog's ceo. If they go to court they face possible criminal charges and losing everything by way of punitive damages, i would be very surprised if a trial every came to be.
