Another slow day on the pennies. After several phone calls today i understand more about the settlement-court process going on. I guess the key to these suits to a lay person like me is finding out a little more about the laws in Texas and how they might effect my investment in omog. After doing some research and making some phone calls i like what i found out and i also understand a lot better why omog's lawyers did what they did. I also feel that bdgr's pr release was only there to try and protect there investors which i guess i can not blame them, but there is more there than meets the eye which will come out. Hopefully omog's up coming newsletters will help us clarify things and let us see better the state of affairs of omog, i am pretty sure they will. As far as the lawyer trying to drop out she should get wish, but is not guaranteed by the court.

hbbus700,

Sorry i just got back did not see your post. Omog's newsletter or letters will state a few things that should help investors see more of what is going on, i do not want to misquote any answers to my questions i had for them because they should be in the newsletter. It appears that the Ceo. of omog has been out of town will be back tomorrow. It looks like bdgr is without representation at this time, maybe not legally yet until the 20th, but i am sure that will change quickly. It looks like i could get copies of the petitions, but i would have to get someone to go down to the courthouse and pull them up, i really do not see any point in that at this time, i am assuming we will have some clarification of what is in them in the newsletters. Waiting is unfortunately the name of this game normal for the pennies.

well, i'll admit that i have been riding these guys arsses for the last week to deliver news that investors want to hear. I can tell you that the problem is that OMDA is just naive to what the penny investor wants to hear. things like, hiring an auditor, reporting the production of wells, your future projects that have meaning and not risky turn-key wells. I have called a couple of times, and demanded to speak with adam, im not gonna waste by time with IR guy. I have told him exactly what we want to hear as investors, and told him that there is more to life than this dang court case. Seeing what in seeing now, the future newsletters addressing the very things i pointed out to him mean a change in direction and that adam is finally getting it. If more of you ignored brokerage, and so call "bug them" with what we think is important then they may learn some things. there are some bright people on this board, especially now that gnulx is gone.. lol kidding gnul...
we can make a difference... its your money..

yep, everyone bailed it, it happens all the time with this stock, everyone gets hyped for settlement news, jump in and get impatient. I think OMDA are finally getting it. The next newsletter should be good with some real info, not fluff, or adams biography. like the one lame one. I think they'll show production numbers and then pr it. i hope, settlement news that would also be good.

cactus it has been a brutal couple of weeks for the market as a whole. Let's just hope it's a March-May sell off and things will pick back up soon....although my gut say's recession.

everything i had popped back a little EOD. Vol. on OMOG reminds me of months ago when this thing had no news at all and everything was a question mark. The hype will come back to this one..

markets playing on recession fears, but recession unlikely as long as oil doesnt go to crazy, like 4 bucks a gallon.

who knows though

yep, bond, dq and many more that own this and im pretty sure that most of us are in the red on this. some more than others. all i can say that this stock is still on peoples radar, always in the top 10 at pk sheets now. i think people are waiting for news, on the sidelines. plus people havent held and bailed, giving up, impatience.

i still think that good news in coming

1.1 million barrels out at the concord dome.. guaranteed at least a 7.5% interest, but could be 37% drilling has already begun..

good idea to sell to the operator of panola, quick cash and revs from production.

K tenn delay not good, but they only have a small amount down at little risk i think. looks like he learned from getting screwed from young to give someone 150 large. he's being honest with young and k-tenn

good news about panola and dome project. they are still guaranteed 7.5% interest even if lawsuit fails. right?

this newsletter tells me we are on the right track, i believe him when he says that production has begun, but he cant disclose numbers to to the litigation related to the last lanza settlement, because that settlement is tied in with the on-going mediation talks right now. bottom line guaranteed 7.5% interest in this estimated 1.1 million barrel possible.

and i liked that they are going the route of low risk wells, adam is young only 31, compile enough really safe wells slowly and make your money over time. screw these tur-key risky deals. My prediction is that settlement will be soon.

how is it that young oil didnt even show paperwork showing no production, production or anything. i guess mr. young just never called back until adam called and asked what was up. "Ahh gee, oh that well adam, sorry that was a dry hole.." right, that wont fly.

k-tenn goes bad anyway, we get our money back, i like that too.

people will probably be mad though when they read it b/c they want settlement news.. i think this is a step in the right direction though.

i think it was honest... he didnt cover up the delay with k-tenn, and said they havent gotten a dime from young yet.

although on the other hand drilling started at dome project and we have a guaranteed stake.. with 1.1 million barrels sitting there. thats a good thing

panola project sounds like it is being worked out right now with operator, probably been working on it since backing out. i dont blame him for backing out of that common stock deal with panola before.. good job. much better selling to operator.

from another board..

"What is that amount 1.1 time 70 Thats 77 million if 37.5 percent because I always expect the best would be just short of 29 million or .017 cents per share income. WOW. I like it, alot. GO OMOG."

the good news far outweighed the bad in this newsletter. they have a guaranteed stake at an oil field that has 1.1 million barrels. theres oil companies that have nothing but dreams and MOUNTAINS of debt that trade higher than this.look at efcr for one and papo. people will wake up. This company is for real and ceo is honest, ive thought that for a while..

this thread needs to be re-named i think. there is more to omog than this lawsuit. we have gotten way to hung up on this settlement to end. the ball is already rolling on wells and projects. even if we completely lose the trial and settlement falls thru we have panola still and an interest in a 1.1 million barrel field thats 7.5%.. worse case scenario.
people are thinking everything is at stake in this settlement and its not. and btw i still think they will settle. lawsuit is gaining to much focus here i think
