even if it is true i dont think it means anything. The law firm working for omda has like over ten lawyers in the firm i think, and im almost positive that some of the lawyers representing OMDA specifically specialized in digging up evidence and nothing more, they turn the evidence over to law partners within the firm and then they specialize in settling or trials. Not sure how many lawyers are on retainer here.
It could be a BDGR lawyer bowing out because he knows they will settle, or a bdgr lawyer that keeps telling these guys to settle and they wont listen. I think someone is being stubborn with BDGR, pertaining to the 4th amended petitition. maybe they can settle with other parties and then pursue actions related to the 4th amended in trial, need be. the individual in the 4th amended is being stubborn, holding this up, and will probably be differentiated in settlement..
This is all my speculation, guess and personal opinion. no one knows how this will play out for sure. one thing i do know chart is shaping up nicely for a smooth crossover.

but wait, they are going to quash depositions, which means to basically set aside, vacate, or call void. no depositions now.4th is being rejected
and a lawyer is withdrawing..
could this be settled? Wy wouldnt they have depositions. BDGR cant back out of that... dont want to get carried awat but.. just reading the writing on the wall

OMOG will set aside the depositions now relating to the additional 4th amended. why would they be setting these aside if this wasnt being settled. Lawyers would always follow thru with a deposition if they feel they had to..
and a lwyer is bailing, probably isnt needed by bdgr.. dont want to get ahead of myself here, like i said, but this looks good to me..

My best guess is that they are just asking the court not to allow any depositions till someone has a new lawyer.

A motion to quash could be set for many different causes. Defendants could claim, for ex., duplicitive discovery, venue, failure to prove necessary parties,...who knows. BDGR has a whole warehouse of stall tactics in-the-ready, I would think. I don't think an atty of record would w/draw because settlement is imminent or cemented. If/when settled, the courts are still procedurally involved and relieve the attorneys as an official matter of course.

could be... this is too much of a mess for bdgr.. give me a break, now they gotta find a new lawyer.. bs games to stall
i dont buy it, thats why we are seeing all these pressure tactics by omda's lawyers.. these guys will come to the table eventually.

Did i miss something on this document that shows that it is for sure bdgr that lost their lawyer? I guessing it is but i have not seen a official statement.

Unfortunatly I feel compelled to bail on OMOG today. I fear the BPLS train may be leaving and I need to free up my funds from OMOG.
On the on hand I am kinda sad because I really wanted to see what Adam could do...but at the end of the day this game is about making money...and right now I can honestly say that I have never seen an investment with the potential that PBLS has...I am trying my best not to promote them on this thread!
In any event I will still be lurking and probably posting here because I am genuinly pulling for you all and Adam. Hey the good news is OMOG will almost certainly spike once I close my position!

i dont know, but i emailed adam and told him not to waste our time in the next newsletter, we need some real news here or people will bail. I think that we can look forward to information regarding the wells they have right now that are producing and showing numbers. thats the vibe i got from their response.
investors are screaming show me the oil, and show me lawsuit money. once we get answers the road will by bumpy. answers will eventually come though

this was their response btw, when i told them to show us the oil, seems like they are learning.
We are in the process of releasing a series of newsletters which will detail our production, finances, etc. We appreciate all the support you have shown us.
