Im guessing that everyone thought they could screw over adam, because he was venerable with the dragon guys and appeared weak, plus he is so young and was really in-experienced at first. you can tell by the tone that he's pissed and tired of getting walked on.
." Barnett went on to say, "I have set a tone during my tenure as OMDA's chairman not to stand for any wrong-doings against our company or shareholders, and rest assured, OMDA will pursue this matter with great resolve."
as repoman says.... down goes frazier, down goes frazier

I suspect Adam will release a news letter soon to describe this.
I have read most of the court filling and it does sound like Young breached contract.
I suspect that we may win the lawsuit and recieve 150,000 as well as court costs...probably not much more than that. Heck it may be worth setteling
I have a meeting in a few minutes. If I have time afterwards I may give OMDA a call to glean a little more information. Honestly the court filling doesn't sound like that big of a deal to me.
Cactus I suspect you are right. He is 31 and running an oil company that he bought in the open market. People are trying to take advantage of him. He's doing the right thing by not taking it.

It appears bdgr have been involved with the settlement talks for awhile he thought the settlement was all resolved, now im am not sure if that was before they were named in the lawsuit or not. It appears they want this thing resolved as soon as possible he felt this would be resolved soon but of course there is no guarantee. My guess is that bdgr does not have a lot of cash laying around by looking at past pr's if you go to court on this issue as a defendent it will be hard to get an attorney on a contingency and it will be expensive. Their choices would be to try and finance it which is very hard to do in this kind of case(who wants to loan money not knowing what you have in the end) or sell shares which will really tick off investors and really hurt their stock none are very good options in my opinion, so i think a settlement is coming.......I think the new lawsuit against young oil corp. is no big thing except adam is saying that if you sign a contract to do work for OMOG you finish the contract or else, it is a message for companies and a good signal i feel to investors time will tell.

Yep. There are some big sell's going through.. Quite a few over a million shares. There is a lot of resistance at the .008 level, but I am not sure it is going to hold if these people really start dumping shares.
If she drops big today or tommorrow I may hold off buying in the 7's and see if I can pick some up in the 6's. I know everyone here doesn't want to see the 6's again...and neither do I.
This PR has shaken some people. A lot of people are getting tired of waiting and now they are dumping. Just hold tight and wait for the right buying opportunity!

same old omog story. people lose patience here quick. not really sure why this pr changes anything about the dragon mediation. it doesnt. adam could settle that tomorrow, who knows. i dont think sellers are thinking clearly right now.

Cabbie actually it isn't as depressing as it looks.
Consider this: We have 20 Mil in volume so far and we are only down 5%. there are a lot of people that were waiting for a small drop to pick up more shares. Look at the L2's again. Notice all the buy orders in the 7's. Smart investors wait for these moments to pick up more shares.

I think this might have come out of the settlement investigation and they didn't want to add another party to slow the settlement up especially for such a small amount. I think investors just want to see one thing taken care of before they enter another, i know the feeling we need possitive news first about the companies business.

cactus you da man. I'm still holding out for the 7's. Maybe people will go home tonight and panic and maybe sell big into the open tomorrow. I am totally down with adding a million more shares in if possible. Maybe 2 million...but that is pushing it for my limited funds!!
As for now the selling has stoped. Very small orders are moving the price up. We may close even which will make the chart look a lot better!

hahhaha, that was a fun ride, got filled at .0081....
never get that lucky. i think it holds tomorrow. not sure why people sold. recent pr had nothing to do with the settlement with bdgr. im sure adams scratching his head wondering why he even released the pr. i told you adam that you have to be careful if you are gonna keep putting out prs about who your suing next. i wrote it in a post the other day. oh well, not sure why people sold though..

right on gnul, still puzzled why people sold, oh well.. stop repeating myself. im not sure about the .007's. seems like thats to low for a stock like this. if people start selling in the .007's then i'd be shocked. but, I have been wrong before. im figuring it returns to normal tomorrow and we'll have a low vol. day. i've always thought we hold at 200 mva around .0082 or higher until settlement news.
adam can still spring settlement news anytime. seems like the lawyers would want some money before they go too far with all these lawsuits.
