I have to agree with you i was really suprised that they added another party to this suit when it was pretty well done with. It seems like that in big money cases like this that lawyers usually try and get you to settle as fast as possible especially when all the risk is really theirs (contingent) they must of had some mighty strong evidence not to take their cash and run. As i have said before i would like to see OMOG release a pr. on the regular part of the business but unfortunately with a small business all your time gets tied up in the settlement when it is this close to being resolved, as investors this is the hard part.

that was a good time to get in famous. i remember when this sat at .0048 for months and even went to .0038 for a while. im thinking tomorrow should be decent. If it goes anywhere near .0082 Im gonna buy heavy again. Im thinking that there is a good chance we see a pr next week, regardless if its settled or not.

some things im seeing around other bb's and bdgr. i think the heat is turning up and investors want some answers. i think that last petition made some people look for answers. black dragon just sounds evil doesnt it, kind of like a creature that adam must slay, or "black dragon" sounds like the bad guys in bruce lee movies. hahah

Fat, you have been wrong so far, why should we listen to you? How much are you down on OMOG? You and I both know that OMOG lost its assets when Adam B tried to essentially steal control of OMOG. But OMOG's old management was not to be scammed so easily. Those convertible preferreds weren't counted on by that theif. Nor did he realize how hard it would be to steal control of the assets along with the company.
Don't give me your sob story for OMOG and its, IMO, theiving shareholders. Everything that OMOG has, or will have a chance to gain back, was put together from BDGR's current management. Everything you praise OMOG for was the result of the current management of BDGR. BDGR management is now continuing to build up assets just like the assets OMOG now so covets. Few of BDGR's current assets consist of disputed assets.
You can act like BDGR management will dupe its current shareholders, but the truth is that without Adam, OMOG might be selling in the teens already. Too bad for you Fat. You are on the losing team, again.

ive been here for months, like many others. patience is required to own this, this was at .005 last month. it already ran over .01 twice in a month. im happy with .0087.. i figured we would be in this area until news.

I was just at the website re-reading the latest investor newsletter and I started wondering what will happen if the settlment fails and we have to go to trial?
My guess is that we will all get an opportunity to buy back in at .03-.04. Man I hope that doesn't happen. In any event I like the fact the OMOG is very much a company interested in it's shareholders. There are a lot of pinksheet companies that can not say that.

The nice part of this deal is that they will have cash and lots of oil wells without having to get financing.

I thought about that too, i could care less if it goes to trial because im sure OMOG will win. the next step may be arbitration. thats a little less friendly than mediation. these dragon guys dont want to go thru a trial. they have money to settle this. im sure adam is truthful in the last pr when he said to be patient and all of the details were being worked out.

I would really be surprised to see a go beyond mediation to much risk for the other parties at least most of them, what i could see is a settlement with all but one, then they settle later with that one.

same old story with this, everyone gets hyped, next day no news.. so people sell. then it gets hyped up again.. just repeats itself over and over... just a typical trading day in the world of omog

Well I do hope everyone one is right. Out of the pennies that I have invested/gambled in OMOG certainly seems to have the most real potential.
Oil wells and cash will be mighty nice....especially if they can actually produce and sell some of it.
I would love to purchase more shares around 0.008 but I am unfortunatly over extended...again! LOL
However if this hits .007 I will probably have to buy another couple million shares. Let's just hope we get some real news before then.

I look at the charges brought against these people and see some of the evidence, i am not a lawyer but how would they dare to take a chance by going to court, i think the main one in question would be BDGR because they filed it so late against them. I hope they settle out with the others and let BDGR take the task on by them self, they would not like that because all the costs our on them which could be huge. Waiting is the hard part, but a little easier when the market is slow like now.

I honestly have no idea at this point. TA wise we could go either way. However I am starting to come to the realization the TA doesn't mean much on the little companies like OMOG. We need news. Really good news. News like:
OMOG is pleased to announe that all settlements were 2X as good as we predicted. 3 of our wells starting gushing oil. Low ball estimates are for 2 billion barrles a year. Oh and we found a 25 million dollar bill which we promptly put in a the bank for our shareholders.
In other news OMOG is pleased to announce that Exon Mobile (XOM) has made a buyout offer of 26 billion dollars.
Yes people you are all millionairs now...go home and be nice to your wife and kids tonight!
Oh man I think the penny market is messing with my head...I need to go find that other thread with the other crazy penny people.

I think we may get back in then .009's tomorrow, if oil makes the headlines. Last few trading days oil has been down on the big boards, not a lot of buzz on oil plays. Oil dropped $7.00 dollars a barrel in less than a week.

seriously I think OMOG is potentially a great trading stock. If it hits .007 or so in the next week then I may very well try a shorter term trade while still maintaining a smaller long term position.

pray for adam and his merry band of extremly greedy lawyers to pull the sword out of the stone and slay black dragon. my money is on the team of lawyers that have been workin for a year without pay... getting paid is contingent on a settlement or a win.. they are not getting paid by the hour. just like those malpractice lawyers and ambulance chasers in the yellow pages. they dont take on a case without a guaranteed payday.. that, or you pay them by the hour like all those lame ally McBeal shows. sorry.. dragon.. my moneys on omog, and you can stall all you want, it doesnt make me flinch.. if they take it to trial its gonna be like dirty harry.... "go on dragon.....make adams day" If they go to trial, criminals may be exposed....
