yep, 34 mill in day traders, not all of it. but day traders sit and flip a stock at every dip and turn setting new limit orders at every buy making a of of money small bits at a time. thats why the pps dropped late. day traders cant hold an equity over night.

OMDA has been actively pursuing a settlement in the case since its initial mediation hearing was held on March 15th 2006. During these discussions, most issues not directly involving Black Dragon, were successfully resolved. It has now become apparent; however, that Black Dragon and its CEO Rick Michaels, along with other defendants related to the Black Dragon company, have been directly involved in the conspiracy of fraudulent conversion involving hundreds of oil and gas wells in Louisiana that rightfully belong to OMDA Oil & Gas
check the "most issues resolved" except black dragon. looks like a lot is agreed upon, excluding black dragon. Looks to me like this is a pressure tactic to make people pay up. hehehe adams just going from one person to another suing their arsss off. its great for us shareholders and bad for black dragon. this may allow the settlement to proceed quicker if black dragon can be sued seperately or disconnected in some way. these lawyers will go after anyone if theirs money at the finish line. i like what im seeing here. theres nothing more intimidating than a team of high powered lawyers breathing down your neck.

They uncovered those stones and found enough their to bring them into the lawsuit. I think this is why they did not finish it up yet, my guess is when they did all those title searches they felt they had them. The nice part of this thing is you can always settle with several of the parties or all of them, but i think it is very important to name them in your intial suit. Have any of you looked how many wells that Black Dragon has this thing looks better and better. Investors can flip this stock but for me this is taking to much of a chance now because i think this stock is going to be huge and catching it under .04-.05 will be tough once their is an inkling of a settlement pr. I guess they never know what their going to find when they flipped all those rocks over(title search). This really ties those other companies up when they have law suit like this pending, this is just my opinion.
