They kept that preferred stock "so secret" that they forgot to register it with the State of Delaware back in 1998 when they created it. Something that had to be done while they still had control of the Company. It is this Preferred that was the Genesis of the current lawsuit. Remember in my post the other day that this suit started as a simple Declaratory Judgement suit? Well the original suit was brought because the dummies tried to convert those shares in late 2004 by presenting them at OMOG's Corporate Offices in Houston. Luckily, we had and still have a brilliant corporate counsel who shares the Houston Office, and didn't just take the documents at face value, but researched and quickly realized that the Preferred was never properly registered. They still insisted on collecting, so he brought the original suit which has now uncovered multi-millions of dollars in additional skullduggery. You know which "dummy" presented the largest amount of these bogus preferred? None other than you illustrious CEO Rick Michaels, as trustee for the Lanza Family trust. Luckily, for us OMOG shareholders, the scammers turned out to be "the gang that couldn't shoot straight". BTW, this issue is now past. The Judge in this case agreed with the State of Delaware that the Convert is bogus, so out the window went their last chance to win this suit, ergo the now settlement talks. _________________________________________________ You made my day reading this part i just laughed and thought they felt they had all their bases covered.

You can often times make good buy/sell descision based on Moving averages. A lot of technical anaylsis is based around this types of averages.
Technically I thing OMOG looks Awsome. It just may be a little bumpy. But I think next time we cross .01 we stay there. Most of the old money bag holders are gone....I hope!!

Well as many months as I looked at .004, looking at these prices makes me very, very happy. It has doubled and has stayed there and it will go up even more as the settlements proceed. Also, we have alot of other things on the back burner that will start back up once the settlement is over. Even if I sell some to take profits once we jump up to .03-.05 range, I'll still keep some shares just to see what will happen with this company.

I am noticing that very few oil and gas stocks with this much potential are under .01.. looking at tnog's run friday , i think this follows and goes over a penny monday. i am looking around for energy subpennies and am not finding much. im gonna triple down i think if this goes anywhere near .008 in the morning. to sell this right now, does not make sense to me. im thinking we see a pr this week, looking back at the pr schedule. i do wish we get settlement news and we can put out oil barrel projections and cash. notice what happened with ndol, put out oil barrel projections. that seems to make the market go nuts. like i said before, I doubt a team of high powered lawyers will work for a year without a payday at the finish line. OMOG lawyers are not paid by the hour or any other way, only from a cut of the prospective and future winnings. i always remind myself of this when i grow impatient. sorry, just dont think these lawyers would put that much time on this w/o a payday. all of these court actions are public access btw.. and are as real as the ground we walk on.
