Cardinal Communications' Sovereign Homes Division Announces Additional $10,200,000 in Home Sales at Its Pumpkin Ridge Development PR Newswire - April 24, 2006 10:22 AM (EDT)

BROOMFIELD, Colo., April 24, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Cardinal Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CDNC), a provider of voice, video and high-speed broadband communications services, and a specialized developer of residential real estate, announced today that its Sovereign Homes of Colorado subsidiary has entered into sales contracts for all of its existing inventory of single-family homes. In addition, it received a substantial number of sales contracts on pre-construction homes. The contracts involve homes within Sovereign's Pumpkin Ridge development, a modern single-family development located in Greeley, Colorado, approximately 60 miles northeast of Denver. These contracts, which when closed will represent approximately $10,200,000 of revenue to Cardinal Communications, constitute the first of several sales that the Company hopes to achieve over the next several months, according to Jeff Fiebig, president of the Sovereign division. Closing of the inventory homes will happen in the next few weeks, while completion and closing of the pre-construction homes is projected for the fourth quarter of 2006.
According to Fiebig, "The sale of these homes and the additional contracts we expect over the next few months put us well ahead of schedule, and will provide strong top and bottom-line financial growth throughout 2006. I am confident that we will completely sell out of our Pumpkin Ridge subdivision well ahead of projections. Sovereign Homes has been named one of the Preferred Builders for the 1600-home, master planned El Rio Country Club community project in northwest Arizona's Mojave Valley. The El Rio Country Club is a 640-acre gated community anchored by an 18-hole championship golf course.

Nothing but mirror trades between MM's... c'mon, every sell at .0011 is 900K shares. You're telling me every seller is selling $1000 share blocks? NO. It's MMs churning to keep the tick down.

Depends on your trading style I guess. Like I saw the Level 2 seem to shift towards the sell side and tried to sell at .0013 (at the bid) and believed I coul dget back in at .0011 or .0012. I was right, but I didn't react quick enough and didn't get my sell in at .0013. May seem silly, but each tick at that level is over 8%.

We wont know until the deal goes through! Hopefully info about all that will be out this week! According to the dawg it'll be going down tomorrow! But for now it's all just assumption and rumour --- don't base anything on either! Wait, hold on and see for yourself!!!
In my opinion, one's taking a bigger risk in selling high and buying back in low then holding long --- a lot of potential here -- a lot more then just 8% gain around the corner IMHO!!!

If they do restrict it, say for a year, isn't it very possible that the new pps could drop and slide its way right back down and all we can do is watch...(not bashing I am in 4.5 mil.) Just never gone through a situation like this one.

Jumpem, I want you to step away from the computer and breathe very slowly. lol. Dont worry about the share structure until they come out and say "xyz". Its all speculation until they say this is the plan. Once that occurs there will be ample opportunity to buy or sell based on your due dilligence. Have a great day. TMAN...
