Quick question, someone earlier in the post asked risks with mergers/takeovers and it was mentioned that restricted stock might be one risk, can anyone explain that scenario in more depth....Thanks in advance.

Jumpem, restricted stock is simply stock that you usually cant trade immediately. Its not neccassarily a bad thing because it keeps people from dumping their new shares all at once. It allows the newly formed company base and grow without immediate dilution. Its a bad thing if your a day trader because you have to hold it. Just my opinion. TMAN...

thats because we hit resistance at .0014 and couldnt break through but i think we are close and mms are playing with it to mae people sell we may seee our .0014 hod again here very soon and this time break it! volume is huge lets wait and see
