I am still new so I am not great with charts yet, but when should we start wondering about the rsi? I know 72 is not out of the roof but I experienced the RSHN correction. Also is it possile that with big news the rsi will correct itself? Sorry for the newbie question.

You must decide what kind of trader/investor you want to be. My first few weeks of trading pennies cost be a bit but taught me a lot with a lot of help from some of the people on this board. I've been in this stock since January. I origninally bought in at .0003 sold half when it went to .0006 before the merger rumor started. I got my original investment out and now don't feel any pressure to sell. I can let nature take it's course. I've already decided where I will sell half of my current holding to take profit off the table and ride the rest as far as I can. The biggest help I got was learning to decide where I was comfortable getting in and then immediately deciding my exit. I execute a Good Till Cancel order after getting my order filled and wait. Sometimes it happens in a day sometimes a few days, weeks or months. And just like everyone else sometimes I take it in the shorts. But I'm now making more profitable trades than losers and have gotten back my early losses.
This is going to be a nice ride. It probably won't happen in one day but I'd bet by weeks end .0011 will have looked like a bargain.

But wally, what made you to decide to buy at .0003? That's the one thing I can't master... finding the runners before ANY run happens. Was it news, or what?
The other problem is my timing as to when to pull the trigger, but that should right itself soon.. I hope.

I sold out today guys,,,I think you all will be happy next week. I have held a long time. Bought at .0004 and sold at .001. That's what I love about this stock. You don't have to trade hundreds of stocks. Just learn a few. JPHC is famous for running from .0003 or .0004 to .001 or .002. If this drops a little, I will surely buy again. It is one of my ALL TIME favorites. DDSI is always good also. Buy at .0002 and sell in the .0004 or .0006 range. GLTA next week.

Even if the buyout is in 2 weeks you may have to pay two or three times more for it.
I imagine it could go up two or three ticks a day for the rest of next week. Lots of volume and it has been publicized for a while.
The last pr said they thought it was imminent.
A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush. If there were say 10 in the bush I might forget about the one. This could have 10 in the bush or none, so good luck.
Has anyone heard any more good rumors about any actual details? Why would they need to be a non-reporting company to do the deal?
Does it have to do with issueing more shares or avoiding a vote. Is the new company non-reporting?

You must watch out ! Last week, JPHC went up to $.0011 then the next morning it went down to $.0006. They tried to play a good game. I bought at $.0011 and get out at $.0007. You must watch out on Monday to avoid losing your money.

ive been in this for a month and have seen the MMs manipulate the $h!t out of this stock and havent seen anything like this before. in my opinion a lot of new buyers came in especially after the form 15 news. Because of the form 15 news which is much much more concrete news than in the past, i dont think it will swing below .0009 maybe .0008, only if an MM is trying to shake which i think will fail. If the form 15 is really as solid as people say it is, and is mandatory before a buyout and JPHC CANNOT reverse merger because of the form 15 then im going to go as far as saying GAPPER MONDAY! This is my first penny stock i ever bought and my first buyout/merger but i think ive watched this baby enough to know that friday was a very unique day. -Cow

JPHC shareholders, we have all waited patiently for this merger....lost a few folks along the way gained a few new ones, its time to start making some serious dough on this one !!!!!
set you goals now, cause if it does a quick fly and then a table or a drop, or a steady gainer up to .03 and beyond..YOU NEED A GAME PLAN !
i will sell in 'up increments' (and if it slides after rising may also sell down in increments)...I am in the fairly good position now( as most of you are) and will make sure I make profit on this now regardless
CAUSE...( after the merger is all said and done,<presuming> and it reaches a stable level don't know where it will go from there,i am not looking to part with the whole kit and kaboodle at once( unless something drastic occurs), but I waited and I will make $$$

That is the way to play penny stocks. Do not hold over night. When I get in at .0011 and it did not go up but it went down, so I must get out as quick as possible to avoid losing more money. That is Penny Gamble.
Just want to make $300/day.
We will see what will happen on Monday ! I must watch out before I get in.

What most of you arent realizing is that you are treating this like a simple MoMo play. Its not and here is why.
5 billion O/S conformed with about half restricted. Of the 2000 shareholders registered, 150 alone own over 3 billion shares... that well above the Float.
Estimates of shorting is in the 2-5 billion range... once the news of a buyout/reverse merger hits, the shorts will have to fight with all the MoMo's and others trying to get in.
If the buyout range is .005 - .01, the shorts alone will drive this into USXP range.

JPHC could potentially attain .0033 (+) level again--I'm anxious to see if we can see some billion + volume days April 24th-28th. If buyers outweigh sellers then huge pressure is going to come to bear here--
