8.5M for about 6 weeks now. And no, I'm not a dog follower specifically, he just happens to be around in the middle of this. I'm sure at least some here have read the PRs about the buyout news we are awaiting.

There was a discussion about this on another board when the form 4's and 8k came out. First off 0 means exactly that zero. I've looked at enough form 4's and plenty from JPHC to tell you that if it was .0001 it would show that. Look at the filing. On the line showing the acquisition the price is $0.0001 then on the line below showing the disposition it's 0(zero).
It was our belief that the 2 officers had retired the shares to the treasury. It seemed the only logical answer. It was our educated opinion but nothing has been verified.
Keep in mind that all the filings and the payments that are being made look to be in preparation for the merger/acquisition. It had to be done in order for anything to take place.

I'm in IGAI also and some have been waiting even longer (for a bump in PPS from news).
Buyouts take time, 6 months is a good estimate. People are carefull when moving money, as they should be. Dont want to be buying a company all dressed up Michael Milken style.

i got this from the allstocks front page in a little guide about penny stocks.
"If the company headquarters is in Vancouver, Boca Raton, La Jolla, Denver or Las Vegas. . . . RUN AWAY. There is an old saying in the record biz, where thousands of demo tapes are sent every week. . . "if we reject 100 percent of those wanting a record deal, we will be correct in our decision 99 percent of the time. . .and that ain't bad"
By catagorically denying ANY company hailing from these cities, thus rejecting 100 percent of them. . .we will be correct in our decision 99 percent of the time. And that is not bad.
Other suspect cities, which would require EXTENSIVE DD to justify, include New York City, Dallas, Houston, Palm Springs or other cities of the Coachella Valley, Ft. Lauderdale or other cities in South Florida, any city in Nevada, ANY city in Canada where everyone can short-sell penny stocks, any other "resort" city. . . If Gucci has a store there. . .then chances are your company does not operate a 50,000 square foot building in the same town. . but rather is just one of many operations out of a small office there. " JPHC = Vancouver VOXBOX= Incorporated in NEVADA HQ IN VANCOUVER btw. VOXBOX is no longer sponsoring Jason Leffer the racing dude.
Cow is officially on his toes and might be out of this stock at the drop of a pin.
(b) Pro Forma Financial Information. Included in this filing are the unaudited consolidated pro forma financial statements giving effect to the acquisition of Macro by the Registrant. The unaudited pro forma financial statements are presented for illustrative purposes only. The pro forma adjustments are based upon available information and certain assumptions that management believes are reasonable.
The unaudited pro forma consolidated balance sheet combines the historical balance sheets of the Registrant and Macro as of June 30, 2005 giving effect to the transaction described in the Agreement dated September 13, 2005 (Acquisition) as if it had occurred on January 1, 2005.
The unaudited pro forma consolidated statements of operations combine the historical statements of operations of the Registrant and Macro for the six month period ended June 30, 2005 giving effect to the Transaction as if it had occurred on January 1, 2005.
The unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated financial statements described above should be read in conjunction with the historical financial statements of the Registrant and Macro and the related notes thereto. The unaudited pro forma information is not necessarily indicative of the financial position or results of operations that may have actually occurred had the Acquisition taken place on the dates noted, or the future financial position or operating results of the combined company.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES: JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Provides Update Regarding Current Corporate Plans
LAS VEGAS, NV, Apr 21, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC: JPHC) today provides an update regarding its current corporate plans.
JUPITER is pleased to announce that the Company is in the final stages of completing a prospective merger transaction with an acquirer/merger candidate. The Company now anticipates the announcement of a transaction is imminent.
Today, the Company filed a Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which terminates or suspends the Company's duty to file periodic reports with the Commission and effectively makes JUPITER a non-reporting company. The Form 15 filing is a prerequisite of the merger transaction and is a positive development for the Company and its shareholders, as the filing of the Form 15 completes another step in a series of steps needed to accomplish the completion of a merger transaction.
Although Management is encouraged and remains optimistic at this stage of its prospective merger, no assurances can be given that an acquisition or merger transaction will be actually closed by the parties or that such a transaction will be approved by our shareholders, if required.
