I thought I wrote Dog News - I would never give a RB URL and call that news - I've never seen a stock react so much to one poster. I've been around a while, and that is just insane the reaction that post created this a.m.

I never said that the deal was not going down. I never said to sell the Stock. I only told people that I heard that there could be some news out. I said that I heard that the news could be something that some people may consider as negative. I said that I heard that this news would in no way effect the big announcement. I said that I heard that the news would be out this week. I have only been trying to let people know what I have been hearing and to give people my opinions. I never said that the deal was dead. I never said that I thought people should sell. Now we have a lot of name calling and an ever going list of people on ignore. I have only said to people my humble opinions and what I am hearing. That is it. I never said to sell anything, buy anything, or that deals were going dead. Please there is no need to look deeper into things than that. Trust me, I want a big announcement as much as much as everyone else. I still wish everyone here the best. Have a good night.

I was reading a buyout article where revenues were used as a measureing stick. In some cases you see multiples of 1 X to 1.75 X revenues. Of course it could be higher, lower, or it may be a merger instead of a buyout, or they just might buy a controlling interest at a set price.
With revenues of .0045/share you would think a straight buyout would be close to that level. At 1.75 X then could be .006. That would be nice news to wake up to.
The key is usually the terms, how do they pay, how long does it take, etc.
I think today was a shake and accumulation day. Hoping for .0015 tomorrow. Maybe higher depending upon rumors. As we get closer to D-Day I think volume will climb and we will run.
If this hit .0015 - .002 tomorrow I might sell or might not, haven't decided. I figure someone knows something about the news and if we reach the plateau sellers will jump in.
I'm not sure the best way to read it. Would like to hold to .004 and I think it could go there, but have been burned for holding too long a few times.

You should never play like that unless you know a stock and the sector like the back of your hand (playing on the dips and spikes). If you keep backing out of your losers and immediately running to something based on hype or even your own gut feeling, you are probably going to break yourself out of the market very quickly.
Find something you BELIEVE in and wait for its day to come, no emotional attachment allowed and no screaming murder every time something dips.
Momentum in either direction can move a stock price very quickly, dont let the market makers play you like a fiddle.

i hope tomorrow brings good things.. wasn't happy to see it hit .0006 but i know it wasn't a real .0006 either.. only a few were filled at that price.. nice to see a .0008 close..
hopefully we'll reach .001 tomorrow.. but a .0015-2 would be really nice

I sure hope so, I bought this with profits I took from rshn, which was my first lesson in don't get emotionally attatched to stock...lol. Rode it from .0013 to .01 and right back down...expensive lesson. But now I hold free shares in that stock have a small profit and 4.5 mil here so I am still a happy camper!
