Really, it has been in .0005 to .0006 range then moved to the .0006 to .0007 and then to .0006 to .0008. There may have been a couple of .0009's during that time but very few. The majority of shares have traded at .0006 and .0007. If it wasn't being held down we would already be at .002 to .003. I have watched the level 2's everyday and everytime it looks like it's going to run the ask and bid are lowered. The only .0009 I saw on Thursday was for 5000 shares a whopping $4.50 order.
The MM's will play their games on Monday. Might gap a little let it run a little and bring it back down. I think it was around the 20th of March where they let it run a little, I think it reached .0012 and then they brought it back, it closed at .0008 that day. All I'm saying is watch them because they are going to try again before the real run.

Wally, you're are absolutely correct in thinking the MMs are going to be playing with this one tomorrow. But even the MMs won't be able to control this one once the MOMO train leaves the station, and it IMO the trip started Friday with the filing of the 8KA.
The 8KA was one of the obstacles that needed to get taken care of before the buyout, the first step to current financials. They have been saying that once they start filing to get current they would be coming at a rapid pace. I believe we will see the 10Q and the 10K this week and maybe by weeks end the news we've been waiting on.
We have to remember that although this is a pink, it is in the unique position of being tremendously shorted. The float by all counts is around 2.5B shares. Rinderles a poster on another board has tallied the shares being held by us longs at around 3B shares, and that doesn't include a large block of unknown shareholders. So currently the float is "underwater" and the MMs are in the precarious position of having to even up their books, or cover so to speak. Normally this wouldn't be the case, they could shuffle shares to make it look legal, but with a buyout, every share will have to be accounted for, which means they have no choice but to buy back shares to cover their short position. The unique thing is that the longs hold more than the float so, they will be buying back at our price.
Like I said this is unique, the underwater float coupled with the buyout creating a short squeeze that will make for some very wealthy people, At the MMs expense for a change.
Remember, "He who sells what isn't hisn, buys it back or goes to Prison."
Having said all that be prepared to see games from the MMs like we've never seen, because at this point they are set to loose millions.

if you can get in at .0009 good for you. This is as close to a guarentee that you will find in a stock at this point.
Just remember that you will be joining the longs who hold more than the float and won't be selling until .006 to .05 region. You would be wise to hold to that region as well, because the MMs won't be able to get most of the shares they need to cover with until that region.
You will see alot of ups and downs until the buyout is final, but ultimately they will have to go to that region to find the shares they need. Believe me they will be trying hard to shake them loose before then, hang on for the ride.

Go Long...Stay Strong >> make the MM's pay the dearest price
between friends and family we hold 15+ million shares..........all going long
I didn'y buy this stock to make 10 - 25%( which is a good gainer) , i bought it to make 4-25 fold, and if LONGS STAY STRONG and don't give in to the MM"s, IMO we should realize these gains

Thank You I agree. It's refreshing to see someone post a realistic close for a stock. It will run over the course of a few days or longer.

I am afraid it could run and then not announce news for a while. Then crash.
Don't know what I am going to do. As long as they have a good buyout you will eventually be rewarded. If they pump it and then dump on news that the buyers backed out you are screwed.
Wait and see I guess.

It may take awhile, people have been saying its going to run and it hasn't been. People want to believe the stock they are in is the one to be in for the week, I just saw that comment in another thread in fact when I believe a lot of other stocks will crush that one in terms of gains.
I've been holding 8.5 million shares, and guess what - it hasn't been running anywhere yet. As for the "Dog" being 99% accurate, sorry thats 100% innacurate.
Hopefully we find out soon whats the dealio.

Let the games begin, in my opinion this stock is going to fly, or do OK, or stay the same, or possibly go down. I am just glad I am along for the ride.

JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Announces Filing of Form 8-K/A Current Report With Audited Financials of Macro Communications, Inc. Monday April 17, 11:41 am ET
LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 17, 2006 -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (Other OTC:JPHC.PK - News) today proudly announces it recently filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission an amended Form 8-K /A Current Report disclosing the audited financial statements of Macro Communications, Inc. ("Macro") for the periods ending December 2003 and December 2004. The amended Current Report also includes the required unaudited proforma financial information that now includes the acquisition of Macro. ADVERTISEMENT
In the month of September 2005 JUPITER completed its acquisition of Macro, a US-based telecom services company. JUPITER believes this amended filing completely supports the conclusion that JUPITER is now on its way to being a business with sufficient sales and assets to eventually achieve meaningful earnings per share and to continue to build value for its shareholders.
The amended Current Report confirms Macro's audited revenues of $18,808,567 for the period ended December 31, 2003, $ 11,871,442 for the period ended December 31, 2004 and unaudited revenues of $4,754,684 for the period ended June 30, 2005. Further details disclosed in the amended Current Report can be found in the aforementioned amended Form 8-K/A Current Report.
Our recent Form 8-K filing continues Management's plans and objectives for the Company to finalize its reporting obligations following the acquisition of Macro in September 2005 and it facilitates our continuing discussions that Management believes will result in a material transaction with a potential acquirer/merger candidate. Management further believes that such discussions have recently progressed to a level where the Company now anticipates the successful completion of a transaction within the very near term.
Although Management is encouraged and remains optimistic at this stage of the discussions, no assurances can be given that an acquisition or merger transaction will be agreed to by the parties or that such a transaction will be approved by our shareholders, if required.

Yesterday was a good volume and a couple of ticks up. Only the begining folks, expecting good news this week. For those that have been kicking themselves for missing the usxp run, now is your chance, IMO this one will be even better.
From .001 to where the longs decide to let the MMs cover. Will be a fun ride.
