By: cautionupahead 25 Jul 2006, 05:40 PM EDT Msg. 2834 of 2836 Jump to msg. # That short list will not cover what happened with the brokerages at this point in time because the new amount of OS has not been recorded with the TA, because PAIM has yet to recieve the 27 billion shares. So at this time those sells just look like regular sells, until PAIM can officially change the share count with the TA.IMO

mega, the 37.2M at .0045 happened at 4:15...doesn't change EOD but it will affect a.m. opening. Unfortunately, they snuck in a .0036 at 50K aftewards which means open remains at .0036.

Seems to me when the sharecount has been officially changed with the TA the price should go up substantially...not just rising on anticipation of same that started around the 12th but based on actuals. Basically, it's reverse dilution...which should mean a steady rise in pps...IMO...

Wow...another wacky trading day! One thing that will always urk me...even when the spread is something crazy like .0036-.0045, the ask still gets hit which shows alot of strength. Yet people will turn around and sell at .0035 right after that?? Either it's complete manipulation or people are outright stupid! This could very easily have already been at a penny if it wasn't for all this B.S. Let's hope it stops soon!

mega: if by confused, you mean by my posting, sorry. I posted while I was still confused myself. I panicked because the new otcbb shorts list was out and it showed PAIM having very few shorts. And since I knew this run was based on shorting, and there was a crash at the end of the day, I hastily concluded that the shorting problem was exaggerated and we will quickly see our profits disappear.
BUT (thank god for buts!), as cooler heads pointed out, technically, PAIM is not yet short. What has happened is that Pearl bought back 90% of the float. That 90% hasn't been delivered yet but it's supposed to have already been secured by brokers. Meanwhile, the brokers who were supposed to buy it back for Pearl shorted it--so they don't have them yet even though they are committed to.
So PAIM won't officially be short until delivery time, but in real terms, they are short right now because the brokers need to cover by that delivery date. So the shorts don't show up on the list, but exist nonetheless.

This is why we always protect our capital and take a little working cash. The free shares will leave you worri-free until you need it and cash out.
PAIM has been bad and good. Love, hate relationship.

Mega....their was 40million shares that went off after hours at 0045. The reason I was stating it is because it always makes me suspicious. If you look when i started the PAIV thread 4million shares went off through the offer almost a half penny higher at 01. The only differance in the Paiv situation was it hadnt traded at or above a penny in over a month which made me think something was up.....and look at it now i think that print was sombody making a deal with a MM that was will to let them cover all there stock before the news broke.
In the PAIM situation im not sure if its the same because it traded there intraday and they coulda just been prints that MM's were unable to print at the time

Don't sell tomorrow at all and this will fly like an eagle. I got my order set to .04 because scottrade is retarded. That is the max they will let you sell at. My price for selling is at least above .10 This is going to be awesome tomorrow if no one sells. The MM's sure will have to drive this price up. I got an idea, everyone turn off the PC and don't even look, the MM's will try to bring it down to shake the weaks out, but if you don't see the shake, you don't have to worry.....Just go with everyone and sell at .10 and were gonna fly like PAIV!!

well, we've had a HOD of .0055 Friday, .0048 Monday, and .0065 today. The close may have been MM scare to get shares or panic of thinking this stock isnt shorted??
I think clear heads will prevail and stock should hit a new high by end of Thursday I think. We may not see .01 this week, but it will come soon.
The way this thing is going though, looks like a flipping kinda stock, big fluc's each day.
Think we see .0055 HOD again tomorrow.

Not a bad idea, I hold 4 million shares and have a sell order in at .04. I'll be out all day doing a security detail tomorrow so won't have to watch this. Its time to grab the MMs by the nuts and hang em out to dry.

This idea has basis and is worth the action. My limit order for a portion of my shares is in for as high as Scottrade lets me set it - .40 Remember the saying .. "United we stand..." In any event, I think this company has a good basis for growth and increasing value as their activities move from development and organizing into production of refined product. I believe that it will increase pps in the long run and is worth holding fast on. I am going to continue to ride my free shares position for at least six months or the next 2 quarters and re-evaluate as PR's update progress of production yields and financial results.

I like the idea, what have we to lose, I'm in on the idea!!!

Delayed quote dataAdd to portfolio Analyst Create alertInsider Discuss Financials Sponsored by: PAIM0.00, 0.00, -19.6%) reports: According to the assessment of Chief Geologist Reggie Selvano, he estimated an initial resource from this small scale operation of 100,000 metric tons of gold ore with an average grade of 16 grams/ton of gold (Au), using the 18 tons per day operation, 24 days per month at a very conservative figure of 90% Capacity with a 30% Overhead Cost per production. PRODUCTION ANALYSIS OF INITIAL SMALL SCALE PILOT OPERATIONS:
Average Gold Assay: = 16 grams / ton = 0.51 Ounces per ton (OPT) (Note: 31.10 grams = 1 ounce)
Estimated Plant Equipment Efficiency Production: (18 tpd ) (100 tpd) --------- --------- (use value of 90%) = 18 tons per day X .90= 16.20 TPD 90.00 TPD
0.51 OPT X 16.20 TPD = 8.26 Ounce per day (OPD) 45.90 OPD 8.26 OPD X 24 days = 198.24 Ounces per per month month (OPM) 1101.60 OPM
Estimated Price per Ounce = $600 per ounce 198.24 OPM X $600 = $118,944.00 / Month $660,960.00 / Month
Gross Production Amount Per Year : $118,944 X 12 months = $1,427,328 / Year $7,931,520.00 / Year
Net Profit After Cost = $999,129.60 / Year $5,552,064 / Year ------------------ ----------------- Consider a 30% ($1,427,328 X .30= ($7,931,520 X.30= Overhead $428,198.40) $2,379,456.00)
There are stockpiles currently derived from the exposed veins which are going to be the sources of gold ores that can give the immediate good income of the company once processed and in full production in August, 2006, even from this small scale production of 18 tons per day operation. Please note that this is a very conservative figure of just 18 tons per day capacity of the gold processing equipment to be used, with the mid average of gold reserves at 16 grams /ton, priced * $600 per ounce. As production becomes profitable, it will be easy to exponentially expand production output, using the inexpensive methods currently being employed. This does not include potential income from refining the gold concentrates of local miners through Pearl Asian's controlled subsidiary, Philippines Gold Mining Corp. (PGMC), as Pearl Asian Mining Industries has envisaged to operate on a full capacity of up to 100 tons per day within the next 6 months of continues production.
