As shareholders of this satanic company, can we legally demand the minutes of the board of directors meeting where they supposedly "made the decision" to terminate the JV's?

I can just imagine this so-called "Board of Directors". The board is probably comprised of Ryals, Guthrie, Astrom, and Ryals pet goldfish named Scooter.

This esteemed groups sits in the boardroom smoking $10 crackrock they bought with our money, devising more plans to bilk investors. When Ryals is good and tweaked from hittin' the crackpipe, she consults Scooter on the verbage for CWFG's next dishonest PR, while Guthrie and Astrom, in a dope-haze, try to think up a new trading symbol for their next scam...

I'll be in Florida in 2 weeks....maybe I will just stop by and see how Ms. Ryals is doing, and giove her advice on how to close a land deal.....seems they have no clue, i figure with my 15 yrs of experience maybe we could at least buy a mobile home or 2, to give a positive PR to us shareholders, maybe even a 10 acre deal on alligator swamp land...............

Is this asking too much Ms. Ryals ??????

Scooter has been brainwashed and is Ryals crack-slave. Ryals also bribes Scooter with gourmet fish food she buys with profits from duped investors...

Ms. Ryals,

Let me come aboard for 6 months and I will find and close at least 3 prosperous deals for CWFG( if there is any $$$ left)...how hard is it...your market is thriving, and it has become a buyers market at that...quit making excuses for floundering shareholder money...you will be accountable !!!!!!!

P.S.

and I only have 2 million shares left... thank God

but many others hold much more and you are accountable to each and every shareholder(probably in your job detail somewhere)and not too mention your ethical(giggling) responsibilty to us

now where did the $$$$ go ???????

Hey guys , I normally don't do 0000 stocks but I was board waiting for nwacq.pk --northwest air-- and dphiq.pk -- delpi-- to drop. If interested, buy nwacq.pk at .31 and sell at .75-.95. Buy dphiq.pk at .31 and sell at . 75 -.95. Keep an eye on these. both have 2 years to go thru their bankruptcy and they are under the old bankruptcy rules. dont touch these though after the next 9 months when they start their slow death drop.

I have bkmp qrvi ddsi jphc papo and rshn to help with the winter blues and can wait if needed.

Are you saying Dr. Jones is a loser? It sounds like you may be implying this.

At Dr. Jones is a real, living, breathing human being that you can talk to on the phone and send an email to. And he's a real human being that has a real company in a real office building, and is generating real revenues, and has a real track record, and has worked for real companies, and has a real resume that you can really follow up on, and has a real open past that you can use to do real due dilligence on...

And what does CWFG have? An office and a receptionist. That's it. The only people that can get through to Ryals are: Guthrie, Astrom, her crack dealer, and Scooter, her pet goldfish/board member/business advisor.

CWFG is a scam and a half. And even if this stock does move, it means absolutely nothing. If this thing goes green, only fools will chase it up. Get out now!

Everyone just chill....I'm in this for about $1200.
They will make a PR stating there new direction OR they will probably change their symbol. Then they will come out with a new line of crap and the price will go up and everyone will make bank. Just hold your shares on for now. Can't get any lower. It will climb later. As I've always said, this is no more than a lottery ticket anyway.

Ameritrade is showing no bids on this stock. This means that at this moment, no one on the entire planet wants to buy this stock.

That says a lot!
