Don't ever invest in a stock soley based on what you read here or any other message board. Many posts and "tips" are made based on personal motives, not valid due dilligence.

If people on here are talking up a stock and it drives you to interest, you must take some time to do your own DD and investigate the company and get a real feel for the potential.

Today or tomorrow we should normally receive a PR about the closing or at least an update.

Tell me more about this one ..I think I like it ..Price is right and the news if true is pretty good . What is their history in terms of R/S's ? If they are not thinking to do a reverse split then this stock is excelent . The news is actually great so I am assuming the MM's might be shorting this right now .What do you all think ?

OUCH...nothing like throwing yourself to the dogs!
You have set yourself up for one good bite.

It's trading at .0002, why the .26 price. LMAO!

Good luck!

from .0002 to .26, I'd throw a hundred at it and make 130,000.......Not bad I guess.

.......and then you brought your whole team with you.........this stock has had only one move since feb 22 and it always ends up right where it started, you really let your team down with your opening comment that blew it for them all.... go pump another dump , your still min wage for a reason.

Team Sleep,

I had done what I thought was good preliminary DD, but as I said, I am still wet behind the ears on this one. I found this board after the fact while searching for more information.

I appreciate your reply.

I still do not understand how double and triple digit million shares can be traded on a daily basis for weeks on end and the price never move.

Would one of you mind explaining to me in layman's terms the possible cause(s) for this.

Thanks

The company is selling shares into the market to raise money. They have so many share for sale and there isn't enough demand so they have to release them for what they can get. This is how they are probably paying for the companies they are shopping for. If they do land a decent company we can still make money.

I've had the same question for quite awhile. I use allstocks to find potential movers. This one has been hyped for weeks (months), but it just doesn't seem to move.

I assume it has potential or it wouldn't be so "popular" on the board ... but will someone explain to me why I might want to buy in? I just don't see the attraction right now.

Everything I say is only my opinion ... right or wrong.

Just be careful cause it is companies like this that can go to zero and stop trading at any moment. They are on ground bottom with the bid and ask both at .0001. There is no volume other than what the company is dumping into the market. That would explain why it is half a billion shares traded one day and then the next is only 20 million. The company only puts out fluff pr's telling you of what could be. No solid facts, and by no means any revenue for the last year. Making one wonder how long can they keep going before ending operations as a one man show. I got suckered in thinking to the moon and beyond too. However, take a close look at the stock and company just recently alone which spells disaster if you are holding a ton of shares in this company.

Lol, good luck. I took what I had left and moved it over to HMSC making back nearly 95% of my money that Ryals and Guthrie took for their vacation cruise to the Bahamas.

I am still learning the pro's, and more recently the con's of DD and I haven't been here long enough to sort out the garbage.

I am very nervous in my DD as I still am not comfortable enough to believe that I have found the critical information to support a buy. As previously stated, I thought that my research on CWFG was good and I believed that I had looked at all the right information. Hindsight being 20/20 may come into affect on this one; however I am still hopeful.

Thanks.

Hey Tony, the real problem with DD in penny stock land is that you can't do true DD. In the real market DD consists of going through financials, reading the balance sheet, etc. Most pennies don't publish that stuff, and even the OTCBB stuff changes so much that you can't rely on any numbers that are more than a month old.

And all the technical analysis and news in the world can be wasted when the company is selling shares to raise capital.

If you don't fall in love with a stock, and don't ever expect one to make you rich, you can get a feel for the ebb and flow and make some money.

Hoss Trader,

Thanks for your insight. I came onboard without the expectations of becoming rich playing with this but I don't want to fizzle out before I even get started!

I believe, as you stated above, that DD is reserved for the more stable companies in the market. With that said, I was using "DD" loosely to say the least.

To put it bluntly, I have already lost 35% of my initial applied money. That percentage includes the commission's paid for buy/sells that I have made. Out of the three that I have sold I lost money on two and broke even on one. While my math skills are moderate at best, I am quickly learning this game the hard way!

Guys,

I agree that the MM's are holding it down, but we're holding it down too with all our limit sell orders at .0002.

If we want it to rise, we need to remove all our sell orders for .0002.

That's it. IMHO
