I guess Ms Ryals will have to go back to her empty phone booth, I mean office, and start schemeing up more ways to scam us investors. I knew the whole company acquisition thing with Essex was a joke from the start. Like a company with one employee, no income, no office, nothing at all to show for itself except a name, can just go out and start acquiring 10 million dollar a year companies. Who the hell is going to give Ms Ryals a loan for such a venture. Maybe she'll use only company assets, her rental car and cell phone, as collateral. This thing just keeps getting worse and worse, and the worst part is that we can't even get out at 0.0001 now. Basically we're stuck here until this company goes under and is delisted, or you decide like someone above to sell for 0.00002 or less. I only blame myself for losing money in any stock, but I was definitely persuaded to buy my many posts about this stock months ago before the split. I've learned a lot since then, but above all this stock proves that almost everyone who posts on these stock boards doesn't know sh*t about sh*t (and that includes me) about any of these stocks or how they will react (just go back and read some of the posts about CWFG following Katrina to see). It's all just leagalized gambling and you have to assume that everyone is a scam artist and out for your money, even the most seemingly caring and concerned posters. For all we know Ms Ryals is right in here among us still pumping this stock and telling everyone to hold one tight for the big pay out. Hell, it could even be me. Anyway sorry for venting but this is the worst penny BS I've been involved with and it pisses me off that I was so stupid to ever get involved with it in the first place.

Ottoman - I hear your pain.I too blame myself for getting into these scam stocks,thinking the concept of these companies are good and they will take off and we will get rich.I have learned a valuable lesson about these so called micro penny stocks.If you hold long term - meaning more than a couple of days - 99 out of 100 times you will probably lose.These stocks are for daytraders,goes up a little and get out.I keep on telling myself the price of these stocks are so low for a reason.Most of the stocks i own have done a reverse split in the past or will in the future.You have to do your own DD on these and even that won't ensure these stocks will go up.Last but not least 98% of the people on this board that say you should buy a stock have shares in it because then why would they promote it.They will say buy such and such a stock the chart looks great it will take off don't miss the train.It might go up and they will be long gone with you holding the bag.You won't hear too many times someone telling you to buy a stock that they do not own.

Dont take it so hard Otto, some people here really do mean well but most of us let our feelings get in the way of our thinking. Had we all really dug into this company we would all see they had no product, no office, no employees and no real hope of ever being anything more than a scam. It really is our own faults.
Look at the QBID thread, some people there STILL think they can make money even after watching it crash all the way down to .0001 and most of the production closing. They just let their feelings make decisions for them.
People who follow their hearts lose money in stocks. Take this as a lesson, use your head, do a lot of DD before buying into anything. If they dont have a real product stay away.

Thanks dalton. One of these days I'll make some money with one of my penny stocks.....I'm like that blind squirrel. And I'm hoping the one that takes off will more than make up for the previous loses. CWFG especially is pissing me off because I can't even get out at 0.0001 with a big loss, in order to free up that money to go lose it, I mean invest it, in someting else. At this point my hopes are with VWKM to put me in the black someday, but thats for another board. I agree with you about day trading these stocks, and being the only way to make money with pennies but who the hell has the time. Anyway, as a previous posted mentioned which I thought was hilarious, maybe CWFG will have success with their bird flu, oil wells, or gold mine, or what ever other scheme Ms Ryals can dream up. I don't care, I'd just like to get out at 0.0001 whatever it takes.

I disagree here Talon...you can't put all the blame on investors. Ryals and Guthrie and whoever else is involved with this company are lying, cheating, lowlifes and should be prosecuted for the chit that they have pulled here...anyone and everyone that holds shares of this company should be filing a complaint with the SEC right now, instead of venting here on the boards...it may not do any good...but maybe, just maybe if enough investors complain, the SEC may actually do something about it...You got nothing to lose at this point.

You think the SEC is going to waste their time with these crackheads at CWFG? There is no CWFG, there's no cash, no assests, they own zero. The SEC goes after companies when they know they can levy big fines.
You can file all the complaints you want, but it's futile. Luckily, I only blew $500 on this satanic stock, so I could really careless if I ever sell my 5 million shares or not.
I bet Rylas and Guthrie, and Scooter too, are hitting the crackpipe right now, laughing at us idiots for believing their lies........

I'm with Buck, I filed a complaint with the SEC. This company is a scam, they have nothing. Dont be like those guys in the QBID thread thinking someday this is gonna run. If it ever does run you will just be taking money from others like you, who would be the new bag holders.
If the SEC gets enough complaints they will do something. Only takes a minute to write it up.

That last PR was just PATHETIC!!! Watch... with the 2 million shares I still own after selling off 97 million shares a while ago, CWFG will blast up to the moon going to $1.00. I've notice SH!T like this with penny companies. Bad news isn't always bad. CRGO a while back released a PR stating that they DID NOT secure ANY contracts like they said they were going to similar to CWFG's situation. And after the CEO of CRGO released that PR, I made a "small fortune" from that company because the day of the "bad news" PR came out, CRGO SKY ROCKETED!!! 2 million shares of CWFG? Chump change but I'll be keeping my 2 mil even if it reverse splits. I don't care.....

Just out of curiousity, what complaint should we actually file with the SEC that has any credibility and doesn't sound like just whining? Is there a legitimate complaint that we can make? Please let me know and I too will file one, but at this point all I can think to say is , "Dear SEC, I was stupid and invested in a company that consists of a rental car and corner phone booth, and believed all their tales of expected wealth, all of which were covered by disclaimers of course, but anyway their stock has dropped to nothing and I need you to go kick them in the azz and get them to make me some money". Other than this, is there any rules that CWFG broke, or anything legitimate that we can report? Please let me know, I'm all for poetic justice and would love to see Ryals and Guthries doing time in the pen for duping so many investors.

With Hoss doing a test sell yesterday at market value, I found it interesting to see it went off at .00012. Basically, CWFG is at the very bottom which means once it hits .00001 then the company will no longer trade on the pinks. Meaning they will go to the Grey Sheets. Meaning you will have to call your broker for a big fee to buy or sell the stock in the future.

In regards to the SEC complaint. You can file under misrepresentation and heres why.
On Nov 11 2005 the company put out an intentional lie and misleading post stating "Mr. Guthrie will no longer have any affiliation with the company whatsoever". In the meetings with Essex, Dr. Jones can verify that Mr. Guthrie sat in on those meetings and he does indeed still control that company. If the SEC questions Dr. Jones he will have to let them know of Mr. Guthries continued involvement as the puppet master.
They also released PR's about business ventures that they have no means of accomplishing in an effort to dupe investors into buying their stock. They have no assets, no employees and quite possibly no funds to see any of these projects through. They will also not release any board meeting minutes. How can they have a board meeting and shoot down every project going and not have any documentation?
