Ventures: I assumed this (Essex in New Jersey & they have no clue about an Essex in Florida). BTW I didn't get a mail back on my questions until now.
Matto: These are not the Essex LLC, these are Essex LTD.
Essex LTD is somewhat well known in the real estate market, so I think most will mix this up.
