Is this guy McGovern stoned or someting to state that he wants to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market exchange within 14 months. One requirement is an initial pps of $4, and that's a long way from 0.0001, and would require one heck of a RS. Seems ridiculous to me. On the other hand, I'l love to become a millionaire off of my thousand dollar investment, so bring it on, LOL.

it could be diltution but I think a lot of people know about this stock from a while back, and suddenly they see prs out the ass and it finally hit .0002.....It could also be a lot of people jumping on the band wagon. Only time will tell

hey hey hey guys!! nobody expected this thing to go to the moon on the news we have had! But we did expect it to hit .0002 which it did! It's the start we have been waiting for, I had given up on it! All we have to do is wait for the next deal, and the next and hopefully they keep getting bigger! the point is, this is no longer a rat!

thanks green, i wonder how many left at .0001! one day it will be over(i hope) but with volume like today and almost all at .0001, there will be a lot of seller at .0002 for an easy 100%. if i sell at .0002 i will made 2500$ in profit so i can imagine a lot of shareholders will do that. i hold for the long run but maybe i will sell half at .0002 and ride 12.5 mil. free shares.

Why couldn't they have just told you as well as putting it on their website??? Why do they want you to wait 5 days when they could have easily let you, a share holder they need, know???

Not sure, but I think the company can get in trouble for giving an individual investor that type of info if it isn't published publicly already. Insider trading rules and such. You could make an investment decision based on info that others don't have.
