Might be good for a quick flip, but I don't think it going to run...Look at the historicals...lot's of volume...only moved 4 times this month...2 red, 2 green

The volume was not much considering what it will be once all of the deals are completed.
Feb. 21, 2006 CWFG -announced today that it has entered into negotiations to acquire multiple land tracts in North Central Florida. The development opportunities include a 67 acre land tract and a 21 acre land tract. The agreement is subject to title insurance and mortgage bankers approval. ADVERTISEMENT
The future development sites are situated in a high growth area of North Central Florida. These two land tracts would be developed into equal size parcels of land and sold to prospective buyers.
Ms. Ryals, President and CEO, said: "We are continuing with our business plan to expand and invest into safe real estate developments such as these. This type of development is one of the key factors to enhance our real estate portfolio."

I hold 20 million shares. I'll sell 15 million when it does start moving between 0.0005 to 0.001, if it ever does and keep the extra 5 million to see if it can "possibly" go as high as 0.26. Anything and everything is "possible" and I won't doubt your 0.26 target sell price. Good going with this thread..... Good luck!

I'll watch it. Thanks for the heads up. Just try not to post target price's you feel are a little out there. It'll come back and bit cha'. Just a little advice....Throw it out the window if you like.

With 11 bill of the 14 bill o/s being restricted, I dont see a r/s coming, mostly because they use the shares as leverage to acquire these properties/partnerships etc. It seems as though they have enough free cash/cash flow/expected return due to the mortgages/40% sale of the property they are closing on. Then again it could all be lies, who knows, but we can only go on what doesnt seem to good to be true. Honestly, they havent made any outlandish claims that would lead me to believe that this is all made up; and considering my profession I tend to be a pretty skeptical person.

I unloaded a few million yesterday at .0001. Only thing I lost was the commission fee...um I think 7 bucks. I am so glad to be out of this worthless P.O.S!!!!!

I agree that CWFG will move very soon. When it hits .26 I will sell 4 million and will retire with a million dollars. I will sell my other 4 million at .0005. Good luck Billy.

I only have 350000 shares of this but if this does go to around .26 that's 91 grand for me.Maybe Billy knows something we don't or just a dreamer like the rest of us.Good Luck to all.

Im selling my 4 mill shares at .0002 if it ever gets a bid of that!!!! (my Avergage is .00024, and I been in since the forward split and ticker change) I'll take the lose and move on to something worthy.

0.26 is possible without a R/S. Anything and Everything is possible with a microcap company. Miracles "can" happen when you least expect it. I won't bash billysmith's target price but all of you can bash me all you want.
