Don't get fooled by the low price ...MM's are playing with it trying to make it look worthless ..When infact they want as many cheap shares as posible before it takes off here . The MM's know that cwfg will start to close on purchases ..One after the other . Dilution is normal for a company raising capital to finance revenue positive investments .
So the next questions are ....

When does shorting stop ?
when does dilution stop ?
When do the bashers stop ?
And when do we see the first real PR of a closing

I think time is on our side now .

We need a couple of things:

First: we all need to remove our damn limit sell orders at .0002
Second: we need a good pr to introduce new buying
Third: The MM's move off the stock (probably pushed off by factors one and two).

It will move. I'm holding for a while. I think we're going to get some good news:

First good news: Completion of the 56 acre land purchase and plans for development

Second: PR about more stock buyback

Third: Purchase of undervalued manufacturing company.

That, over the next couple of weeks and next couple of months, should be very good for the pps.

I don't expect to see the PR that was promised to us. Ryals has already proven herself untrustworthy and unreliable. I hope I'm wrong, but I expect nothing...

It's true. It was moving around for a couple of weeks. Now it looks dead on the bottom.

But, not to fear. IMHO we're going to have a nice pop sometime soon.

Thanks

The company is selling shares into the market to raise money. They have so many share for sale and there isn't enough demand so they have to release them for what they can get. This is how they are probably paying for the companies they are shopping for. If they do land a decent company we can still make money.

Added: Just an opinion!! [Big Grin]

Too many people have sell orders in. So, anytime someone buys and moves the pps to .0002, sell's immediately take over and drive the price down.

(More sellers than buyers) and no buyers at .0002 or .0003.

It won't be long before that changes though, IMHO

Good Evening all my CWFG compadres (sp) and you too RULES -- LOL -- j/k -- Looks like its been pretty slow last few trading days -- it was to be expected with the fluffy PR --- IF & I mean IF this company can get the sh*t together with DR. Jones I think we may have a chance .... 14.7 BIL (and I will try and get info tomorrow) is not a lot for a subber (and we all know it) now their are some stocks out there that have BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of shares and have risen ... once this company completes ANY one of its projects in the works we will move and with the leadership of Dr. Jones on the company purchases I remain confidant that this stock will move ....... here is Dr.Jones's Resume, has any one seen this from his website (which needs to be updated and GREATLY enhanced)The man has some experience.. I like CWFG ....

Seems they are trying to close on the first project . If and when that happens should be the first milestone solved.
Then a resistance breaking free of .0002 and pr's on the next closing and we see upward trend . Revenue from that and no need of a reverse split could then be stated ..... And that could send this stock to penny and over .

You guys are losing out on watching this one. Take your loss and move on to something that is going to make you money. This has not moved in months. Too many people have a sell in for the .0002 and that won't move until they get off of it. You all could be doubling or trippling your money with other stocks that are doing very well right now and could have flipped them several times. Make some money while waiting and then jump back into CWFG if you want. Since I got out of this awhile ago I have trippled the money from what I had into CWFG. If this does take offf which I think it will do in the futre I will probley get back in but for God sakes make some money while your waiting.

I'm really happy I bailed out of CWFG (for a very minor profit) when I did, after having held it for many, many months at a loss and averaging down .... But seeing it back at buyable 1 makes me want to get back in.... so cheap, and finally things seem to be progressing... could be a great time to buy....

But I don't think I've got the stomach for getting caught in another year of CWFG if things go bad again. The flood of shares entering the market at this price is going to make it hard for this to run (and it was already having plenty of problems before). But it's tempting to buy back in... CWFG does seem to finally be getting it's act together... hmmmm.... [Razz]

Did the company just go belly up today cause it has not traded a share other than what the company dumped at 8:30 am this morning before the bell. There is no bid and the ask is at .0001!

Unless a real good PR comes out for this we are not going to see a move off .0001 unless a R/S happens which IMHO probably will

easy killer. There's no reason to think R/S

If you read some of our most recent PR's, this company has made it very clear that they are NOT going to R/S

In fact, they are currently buying back shares to reduce the number outstanding.

Please do your dd before you pull a fire alarm like that.

JIF,

I wasn't crying wolf nor am I thinking that there will be a R/S, I was looking for information.

My apologies to anyone who thought that I was "pulling the fire alarm" as JIF mentioned.

This things going up .No doubt about it . First thing monday morning I'm placing an order for another 10 million shares . This price is just too good . If they happen to close on something that alone will bring up the per share price . But if they happen to close on two or even three projects ......Then the gloves are off and everybody will be firghting to sell their other stocks and get in this one .......and they will be paying a higher per share price to do it . The first PR finally relating to a closing could be right around the corner . [Cool] [Smile] [Eek!] [Razz] [Big Grin]
