What if they got the clear title on the day they put out the PR, that would give them 30 days to close which would be this week. We were all under the impression that the contract would be closed on Feb. 10th, so it very well just got the clear title that Friday, or over the weekend, which would give them 30 days to get ur done.
I think the contract is already finished, and will be announced by Friday. JMO, but i could be wrong, either way, i'm here for the massive run that this stock will provide for us. JMHO

ya...yesterday someone said that they sold at .0002

Here is somthing about Essex:

In Maryland, activity is improving, according to Mitch Rutter, president of Essex Capital Partners, New York. Montgomery County is seeing continued tightening . Gross absorption increased over 41% in Maryland in the last year. In Rockville, Md., all the signs seem to point to construction. The city of Rockville has an 8.7% vacancy rate compared to 14.5% for Montgomery County. Essex Capital Partners is working on the development of Rockville Center, a planned 1.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development scheduled to have more than 1.2 million sq. ft. of first-class office space.

Here is the link. They seem quite legit

Today's PR was just like the last 10 PRs, nothing really that good or solid. Just a tad bit of hype to keep existing shareholders to keep holding on to their shares. IMO.....

Just got back, looks like mms are gathering some shares here. Id be worried if mms were falling off the bid and jumping on the ask. Actually, HDSN looks like jumped on the 2 ask for a bit then jumped off; it has been

.0001x.002
7x3

evere since, loading up for something? Makes me curious

Let's hope there's something real behind Essex. If anyone finds out something about them, let us know.

Hey Black ---- I just called the Essex in New Jersey & they have no clue about an Essex in Florida

I'll mail him some questions.
