What if they got the clear title on the day they put out the PR, that would give them 30 days to close which would be this week. We were all under the impression that the contract would be closed on Feb. 10th, so it very well just got the clear title that Friday, or over the weekend, which would give them 30 days to get ur done. I think the contract is already finished, and will be announced by Friday. JMO, but i could be wrong, either way, i'm here for the massive run that this stock will provide for us. JMHO

I am too scared to sell -with my luck there will be 5 press releases the week after I sell and we will run to .26 with a buyout announced.lol anyway I really appreciate the faith of that last post eddy!I am holding...by all means.

Gross absorption increased over 41% in Maryland in the last year. In Rockville, Md., all the signs seem to point to construction. Today's PR was just like the last 10 PRs, nothing really that good or solid. Just a tad bit of hype to keep existing shareholders to keep holding on to their shares. IMO.....
