What I found was that they are using two hubs to transfer their emails. One is in beacon,Ny and the other is in Englewood,Colorado.

Kind of seems that they would need to be located in different places..since they have several different spots that they are working from...???!!!

These means that this is nothing more than a front. Their address in Arizona could be nothing more than a room. When I talked to lawer in the same building she said there was never anybody there and there is nothing in the room. And if you were a legitament co. why would you use a transfer company for you emails that you are displaying on you web page to sent to Arizona. I hope this goes up so I can get ride of this scam.

Poolboy... I worked with a company called Welded Construction...they put pipelines in all over the world..they actually have little trailors that they move from site to site...now when they check and respond to their email...I would think that since they are sometimes checking it in Alaska, Ohio, or where ever they may be..the IP address might be different...than where they are "physically" at...Is that right or wrong?
But they ARE a real company (Welded Construction)...and are worth millions...also they use a Michigan address...that is actually a residence...for tax reasons...but they are "located" in Ohio...and yet work all over the world...
and GWGO did say that they were attempting to hire someone to handle their investor relation stuff...perhaps the tranfer agent is doing it in the man time?

An ip is registered to a persons address. Now if you know what you are doing there is ways around this but I dought they would be smart enough to do it. So to you question remember the information I gave you back from the first set of #'s well that is registered to you so no matter where you take that computer it still shows up. I could go into ways of telling you how to find out for yourself but I dont think u have the time. but I will if you want. Im not trying to be negative towards GWGO but I would like to know all the information I can and I happen to have the resources for such information.

I don't understand all of the Ip stuff...and how it works...If you know how to do it...and you find it questionable...then I trust in your judgement...and I wasn't questioning you...I was just throwing out options of why things might be...
It is good to know all of the information...good or bad...
I have free shares of this....keep selling them for a small profit and then buy back in...I give them to the 24-28th for the filing and them I am out...but for those that have the larger investments in this...it is good that you are looking into all of this!!!

Poolboy, I don't see anything in that header that would indicate a problem. I don't think gwgo has an IT department, and doubt if they have an IT person. They are probably using a hosting service for their website and email - most small companies do. How emails get routed depends upon how the hosting service is set up.
Unless gwgo is hosting their own site and mail servers, this information is useless.
I don't like seeing that you have a captive audience for this show.

Now that's a creative use for info that is openly available. So nobody freaks, I copied this from their home page...
The signature image is generated in real-time for each user that views it. Your IP address and other information are only visible to YOU, not to others, but because people see their own IP address and computer information displayed in the graphic, they think that their information can be seen by everyone!

they usually give a 1-2 week period in which you can still purchase more stocks --- you don't have to own before they make that announcement! Look back to Decemeber '05 when dividends where announced and paid out!

Thank you for your interest in and for contacting Great West Gold, Inc.
The Company is at this time, preparing its Annual Report (Form 10-KSB) for filing. This filing will include all salient details of the recently announced acquisitions as well as details of the Stock Dividends already declared to shareholders of record on those various dates.

For the most recent dividend, the record date was moved to 1/31/06 and the pay date was 2/6/06. My "free" shares showed up in my Scottrade account a couple of days later.

here's a question: re we facing an "E" for being late? How long does it take for that to kick in? 1 week after being late? How and where do you find out about that? Does the SEC publish that anywhere?
