With all the good things happening with gold and copper at an all time high we are stuck with a company trying to figure out what day of the week it is. Boy are we missing out.

I'll be happy if we just get the stock in the 5 UK companies that we were suppossed to get. We were told that we would get 1 share in each of the 5 UK companies for every 1000 shares of GWGO we had. This promise of shares was separate from the 25% stock dividend we received in February. And their web site looks the same now as it did back in December.

Bugman, wasn't the 25% dividend to replace the shares in the 5 company's? I do remember something like that being said about the upcoming 3 dividends but not the last 5.

I don't recall that. I am under the assumption that I will be getting share of ALL 8 ADR's.

No, the 25% divi was a separate deal altogether. We should still be getting the shares in the 5 UK companies.

GWGOE release a PR regarding short sales from buy-ins dot net. Nothing earth shaking but it's good to see the company is still alive and well after putting us all to sleep the last month.

The volume of this is rediculously high and has been for the last 2 weeks, yet the PPS has bounced between .0011 - .0009. Lot's of transactions but not much movement. Can anyone tell us if there have been more sells or buys recently?

These sells and buys have been huge...1 million at a time...has anyone checked on the O/S lately... over 386 million have traded today alone...unreal...something seems a bit off...

I wonder if GWGO is buying it's own stock back so they can distribute it out as the dividends. Also if they buy it back it's that much more they don't have to pay dividends on (or would they pay themselves?).

I don't think wewill see anything happen until some pr comes out... was intersting to see it go up 20% on the last pr which really didn't mention anything! IMO a lot of people are watching this stock and are waiting to jump in as sonn as something is published!!!!

I hope people don't get impatient and bail. This can be a great opportunity for those of us who are patient enough to ride it out and since it has already been a while since the last significant PR I don't think we are that far away from paydirt. I for one have waited this long and will ride it out!

I don't know if GWGO price is really affected by the gold rally now. The recent price rises are due to the acquisitions of the other 8 companys and the stock dividends they have already paid out on 5 of the company's and the future dividends they announce they will pay on the other 3 companys. Just waiting for the filing and the details.

Casviper...YES! I got the 25% stock dividend as dvertised through my scotrade account. I didn't have to do anything. My 500,000 shares turned into 625,000 shares overnight.
You may want to verify your own buy dates and contact GWGOE if you are holding physical certificates. If they are in street name through a broker contact your broker.

This filing is very detailed and contains significant geological data and is therefore taking extensive time to complete. The Company apologises to its shareholders for our delay in its filing.
Great West Gold, Inc. is planning (in and during March of 2006) to dispose of its shareholding in each of these two companies acquired today, as well as its shareholding in Western Diversified Resource, Inc. to three recently incorporated United Kingdom Holding Companies.

I'm hoping when we finally get our ADR's there isn't a selloff, making them worthless. Our only hope will be if gold remains high people will want to hold them.
