Thanks 10of13. I think it's a little wierd the way GWGOE does things but honestly I feel that they have done ok by me so far. Hopefully the delay is justified and I'd hate to think we have another Enron on our hands. Like I mentioned earlier though I did received the first set of dividends a few months back so I have no reason to believe we won't get the next set that they menioned a while back.

I believe that Monday, May 22, 2006 they will be listed on the pinks only if they don't file with the SEC, most likely dropping the "E" but I'm not sure on that. Hope this can be of help. GLTA

(OTCBB:GWGO) confirms that with effect from Monday May 22, 2006 it will trade on the OTC Pink Sheet Market and not on the OTC BB Market. The Company's Trading Symbol will be GWGO and the "E" annotation will removed from the Company's Trading Symbol on Monday May 22, 2006.
The Company will continue to be "Reporting" and the outstanding filings, being the Form 10 KSB for the period ended December 31, 2005 and the Form 10 QSB for the period ended March 31, 2006 will be filed in and during June of 2006.
The Company confirms the completion of the transactions to acquire the "Yaba" and the "Treasure King" Gold Mining Projects and the Copper Mountain Copper Project.

PR wasn't that bad, at least we know that their still do positive business. I've held for this long and I'm not selling, and I don't know why someone would at this point.

If it dropped to .0004 I'd but more. I was ready to buy more at .0008 but that was before this news came out. I don't think it's bad news but I think other newbies in GWGO E may get nervous. Anyway should know something soon, right? But we have heard that before.

I emailed them yesterday and did get a reply today, although it said no more than their PR. Does relegation to pink sheets mean that much? My only worry is their comment that they are "committed" to getting a separate listing for the subsidiaries - sounds like they are nowhere near completing this, so we'll still be waiting for months for these, if they ever happen.

I like to play this as a momentum play. I don't care how many MM's line up at the bid, they will fall like a rock off a cliff with any selling pressure. One could hold for the extra shares, but I would rather play the momentum. I see it going down to around .0004 or even less! GLTA

Wow...those MM's are just gobbling up the shares from the panic selling...It's going to fall hard...and bounce...hopin' to grab some cheapie shares...for that bounce...but I am waiting to at least .0005..if not lower...
