Porsche...put a limit buy order in at .0011. You never know. I hope it doesn't go back down but through the course of the day it might just hit your buy price.

got my order in for .0013, I expect this to shake to 13 or 14 before going above .0020 today

I saw it jump to .0016 then back down to .0013. Probably just the profit takers.
I said it before and I'll say it again...the price is immaterial UNTIL the PR's about the divy's come out. After that the stock should start really moving.

Sold out of SVMI and bought more of this right before close. Had to get it at .0014 but I think this is a great price. We almost say .002 with just the PR about future PR LOL

The way I read the last filing...they will be filing on/or around 5 days past the "due date" which is the 15th correct? So they will be filing around the 20th of April? Does anyone read the last filing as that way?

I don't know --- two of my resources indicate that GWGO has 18 billion outstanding --- M/C being $26mil --- this company isn't worth $116mil --- i don't think that would be possible!!!

JARW...Could the 116mil be due to all the new acquisitions? Just my opinion but that seems a cheap price for the original company and 7 new company's. Don't know though.
The stock has some momentum behind it. Hope it keeps going.

That's where the info was..and it wasn't there last time I looked...back in March...Could be the MC has increased with the acquisitions...but it appears they also upped their O/S...
maybe this is going to be what the o/s will be AFTER they give people the shares(dividends) from the acquisitions..???

I think they also sold some to some private buyer/investor which were considered restricted after the purchase. I'm not sure about that part but I think it reduced the float by 20% back a few months ago. And how long are those shares restricted befor ethey are allowed to be sold?

Looks like that answered my question. Nope... I would love to have news on Monday! If not I think people may be able to get in at .0012. I did not want to take my chances on Friday so I bought at .0014. Better to be safe than sorry and I know once the news comes it will go over .0014 EASY!

I agree, news was supposed to be out --- i'm hoping monday as well! I was able to free up $2.5k so 50-50 will go into GWGO and JPHC tomorrow!!! Just when and where to get in will be questionable! If no news comes out tomorrow with GWGO i could see it coming back down below the teens!!! But with the news... we'lll be far past the teens!!!! Wait and see!!! GLA!

I have been trying to figure it out...but the way that I read it...it won't be filed for a little while...I thought that their "due date" was the 15th...and then add 15 more days...???

I thought that the prescribed due date was 03/31/2006. I'm not a lawyer so I could be wrong. Maybe you're right, I'm not sure. Anyone know for sure?

I really don't know...I can't find any where that states the actual "due date"...but it seems that they would have filed it by Friday if it was dues on the 15th..but with the Holiday...maybe things are behind...not sure...

Kind of amazing that they have to delay a 10-K, claiming they haven't had enough time, when IMO it will show all 000's. Gee, I wonder what it is that they are trying to hide? Hummmm........... Oh, and I know I'll hear it over this! I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

Fuzzy, all i can say is that i hope news will be coming out! Been holding this stock for a while --- have 12 mil!!! It's just a matter of time before something happens! I'd love to see some news this week, but cant make any promises!
