Great West Gold Inc. (GWGO) was created in January 2004 through the acquisition by OTCBB quoted, Adven Inc, of three private companies (Barnard Castle Limited, Steinbeck Limited and Valley Forge Site Limited) which own a 70% interest in the exploration and mining rights to five predominantly Gold Mining Projects in Mali, West Africa. Following these acquisitions, Adven Inc effected a name change to that of West Africa Gold, Inc. and a Symbol change to that of WAGI. Mining in Mali was traditionally an artisanal industry that went on for centuries. In more recent times the interest in Mali minerals, special gold has continued to rise and now several mines and a multitude of exploration activities are evident. The Company abandoned its Mining Interests in Mali after the acquisition of two new Mining Companies in Arizona, namely Western Gold Limited and Golden Sierra Limited. The Company name was changed to that of Great West Gold, Inc. and the Trading Symbol to GWGO. The Company has subsequently purchased an third mine in California, Golden Eagle Mining Limited and its fourth mine in Arizona, Copperstone Mining Limited. and has just announced that it is acquired Ambassador Gold Limited, a Gold Mining Exploration Company based in Arizona in the United States.

None of these co. are listed with the county bureau of land in Arizona. St James Capital Holdings, Inc has a big intrest in these and GWGO,
Copperstone Mining Limited,Ambassador Gold Limited. I called this law firm and asked about GWGO and nobody is ever there. It lights are never on and they just have a desk in the middle of the room.

They need to get their act togther. They are never on time with anything they do, though in the long run they do come through. I think this will be their true test. All these ADR's scare me, but I'm not selling. Hopefully the ADR's will all be solid companies with no baggage and solid support so the price doesn't fall as soon as we get our shares. Any thoughts?????

Casviper:

These ADR's scare me to. If you look back at the PR's from Dec. 14 & 15, we were told that share holders would be getting the ADR's for the first five UK companies "within the next thirty days". That would have been about mid January. All these delays and then no news has me a little worried. I sold the free shares I had been holding and made about 5,000. Just watching and waiting now since I am still due the ADR's, since I was a shere holder of record on the record dates for the ADR's which was 11/7, 11/14, 12/2, 1/2 and 1/4. I would love for them to come through with what they said they were going to do; but, if they don't, I'm still a 5,000 winner. GLTA who are still holding. Just be careful.

[Eek!] Bugman...Maybe it's me but I think you are confused. The way I understood the first set of dividends is that they were a straight 25% stock dividend to distribute shares from the acquisition of 5 company's. I got mine without any problems and it looks like you got yours too. There were no ADR's that go around.

This time the dividends/ADR press release deals with the purchase of 3 more company's.

Nomatter...I'm still holding my shares and patiently waiting. [Eek!]

Not sure..but I would guess that it varies from state to state and even county to county...

I have been looking by state and by county in Arizona and it looks like you have to file every year, and you have to register you co. name with the state if you plan to do business in Arizona. I just can not locate any information on GWGO. I was told at the County Appraisal District that there has to records on file and keep getting diffrent numbers to call.

Im so confused. My understanding was that we were getting 25% stock in those companies. That was the stock dividend. I never got mine and I've been in GWGO for over a year.

I feel like I'm in the movie "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" in the part when they were dividing the shares..... You get a share and I get a share and they get a share and so on.....

There were a couple of people on this thread that already got their shares from the dividend...You may want to call you broker and bring it to their attention...it is their responsiblity to follow that through...at least that is what I had been told...GLTY

It may be that GWGO..does not "own" any property in AZ...they could very well be leasing...and then it would fall under another name...if you are looking in that area...for instance, I own property here in my county...but another company or individual is "leasing" it...those people will not show up on a property search...only my name would...

Call the Better Business Burue for Arizona... maybe?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your interest in and for contacting Great West Gold, Inc.

The Company is still at this time (as announced) working on appointing an Investor Relations Company to deal with shareholder enquiries and is not in a position to respond to each and every question posed by shareholders or other interested parties.

The Company is at this time finalising its Form 10 KSB Annual Report and upon completion of the same; the Company will be filing the details of its latest acquisitions and announcing the "Pay Date" and the "Record Date" of the additional three Stock Dividends to its shareholders.

We would be grateful if you would bear with us until all of these filings and announcements have been completed. This is expected to take another two weeks as we are reliant upon our professional advisors in respect of the timing of these announcements and filings.
