At this time I would be very concerned about both an OTCBB delisting and PPS dive. GLTA

Anyone know what date they got the "E" added on. I believe that they will delist from the OTCBB 30 days from that date, unless something changes. I know we are real close!

if they go to the greys then I think it will be all over. of course then we go through all their pr's and see how they lied to us. hopefully we won't travel down that road, instead travel the road to the bank with all our gold.

That means, if my info is correct, they would be removed from the OTCBB next Monday, if nothing changes with their SEC reporting.

Wish you'd all calm down and just be patient. It's easy to speculate if you have not been in for the initial ride BUT I was around for the first set of 5 dividends. It took a while but they did come through. That's why I'm willing to stick it out and wait for this next set of dividends and PR's. And if you are wondering I may be buying more if it goes lower. It seems to be holding steady now at .0010, better than a lot of other stocks so if anyone is selling somebodys buying.

Personaly, I think they are at the end of their stock manipulation scheme, they havn't filed because they have nothing to show, now they are milking this thing for whatever they can get, until it fades away. Now this is just my opinion, and of course I could be wrong, but I've never seen any real tangible evidence of any value or income from this company. GLTA

Stockstar, when did you buy into this stock and when did you receive previous dividends? I bought in late November and have confirmation from GWGO themselves that I'm in for three of the bonus stocks announced at that time. I also got confirmation of my 25% dividend at end of January.
Attached below is a recent entry on pinksheets.com, straight off the Wall St Bulletin Board - this would suggest again that GWGO are very active and are developing their business further. With so many acquisitions I can see how their filings would be delayed but I don't know what to believe any more to be honest.
(OTCBB: GWGOE) Great West Gold Inc. has acquired controlling interest in the Toubikoto (Gold), Manianguiti (Gold), In Darset (Gold, Base Metals), Anefis (Gold, Base Metals) and Touban (Nickel, Copper PGE's) mining properties. The properties are located in diverse geographic locations throughout Mali. In aggregate, the properties total over 500 square kilometers (approximately 193 square miles).

ADR's ? Never got ADR's...I received a 25% stock dividend. 5% for each of the 5 company's they acquired. Since I thought it was too good to be true I only had 500,000 shares at the time but sure enough I received 125,000 more shares as the dividend.
Am I suposed to get ADR's in addition to the 25% dividend back in Jan? Mcscrambles makes it look that way but the info presented doesn't look like anything I remember back then. I remember something about Bourse and I was happy enough to get the divy.

It would be nice to get the PR's. If they only have till next week to stay in the 30 day timeframe, something should be coming out any time now?

If they were out of business the web page link would be broken, and it would not say they're updating--- nope,we will have news, whether it be good or bad.

GWGO: Go check out RB and see whom started that board for GWGO, which used to be WAGI. Now that I have your attention, move in and out of this one carefully. Its been ran for years by UK Playboy Stephen Lumb.
Although I did get ALL my 25% in extra shares through the past two years, he has never come through on several other items. Most important, not one restricted share has been issued in the other so called "NEWCOS". For you newbies, I am sure you have no idea what I am talking about, but for those of you whom have been around, I think you know from prior PR's what I am talking about.
GWGO will never mine for gold. Lumb uses this as a "stock play". Be careful.

I'm not worried about the web site as we knew this was happening. The closer we get to the final PR's they will have to update the site. RIGHT!

I was thinking about the recent price activity and would stand to reason that if GWGOE is going to issue stock as a dividend they would then want to obtain that stock at the lowest possible price. Maybe now they are done buying/selling (?) whatever amount they needed to distribute as the dividend and the price will stabilize. It closed at .0011 yesterday (up .0002).

IMO they are certainly timing the news releases to minipulate the share price. Also, there is no reason to bring down the web site while they are "updating", standard practice would be to update duplicate pages then make them live when finished. I still say their house of cards is about to tumble, but for the sake of those still in, I hope I'm wrong! GLTA

That isn't necessarily true. As long as their web site host is paid, the site would stay up, out of business or not!

Warning, only 1 day left IMO, where if they don't file they will lose OTCBB status. Watch out for a sharpe sell off. Web site still down and no filing at the time of this post. Will they come through, or not, is the question? GLTA

"All Security Symbols appended with an "E" will be ineligible for quotation and subject to removal from the OTCBB in 30 calendar days (60 days if denoted with a plus sign "+") if the NASD does not receive information indicating that the company is current in its public reporting obligations pursuant to Rule 6530."
Only 1 stock trading day left after today! Don't get burned!!!

I think the number's up on this one - I contacted Computershare, their transfer agents and they knew nothing at all. They suggested I phone GWGO's legal counsel Anslow&Jaclin in New Jersey - when I contacted them they said to phone GWGO direct and then hung up. My broker will not return my calls either. Despite trying to remain an optimist throughout all my doubts in recent weeks, I can see no other outcome here then GWGO disappearing off the radar. Could there be any other reason why their own share transfer agents and their legal counsel cannot give any advice at all?! Anslow&Jaclin are on 732 409 1212 - if anyone else gets any information of any value, please let us know!

Stockstar - they do not need to buy the stock to issue it as a dividend. They just issue more. Sooner then later the stock price adjust to reflect the additional shares in the market...i.e. pps goes down. Don't hold your breath on this.

Now that the website is even more down i am not sure how to do that...at least before you could contact them via the website...good luck to all of you..but if they don't come out with a PR by close tomorrow...I think I would dump and see what comes Monday...you can always get back in if they file over the weekend...but you should always protect your capital...JMHO...GLTA
