Still holding between .0011/.0012. I'm starting to fall asleep. At least when I lose money it's exciting but I hate this drifting, waiting, ZZZzzz.

No news in awhile now. Been waiting for the K-8
since March 24. Now that you're back, I wish you would make them hurry up. [Big Grin]

Some nerve taking a vacation and making us wait. They were probably waiting for you to come back before releasing the news.

Gotta blame someone!

seriously though...you may want to average down at this level and buy more.

Did not go down! Found support then went up!

Hopefully next week we get last weeks PR / 8K which would get us back on the right path. If the 8K comes we could be looking at a double/triple by end of the month or sooner.

"well damn, that may explain why these guys suck so bad.. Don't return emails, phone is disconnected, website been saying same thing for a month, links to other companies contained viruses... I wish i wouldn't have chased this stupid stock."

That, together with NEL's post the other day tells me a lot. I hope you're all careful of this one. I know they have a habit of delayed (late) filings, and PR about PR but man-o-man.

Not sure where that was posted at...and I was never able to find much on NEL's Post...the website is very informative and there is no phone number listed for them...only a fax#...which is working, i have emailed and gotten replies...scam? reporting to the SEC? IMHO..not sure the SEC should be bothered...they have real scam's to investigate...

GWGO is late with their filing..the have to file by the 15th (I think)

I'm in with free shares...so...I'm comfortable...the rest of you need to do your DD and see what your gut tells you...GLTA

I think the 15th date is how long they have under their extension to file the 10-k, not the 8-k that we've been waiting for.

I don't want to bash this thing and I still hold some shares, but they lose a lot of credibility when they miss their date 3 times in a row and then don't say anything about it for an entire week.

I signed up for their news emails on their web site. Every time they release something to the press you also get it via email. It's probably simple but I haven't seen any other company do that with their web site (penny stock or large cap). I'll stay in for a while longer. I think they are for real and can only imagine what they are trying to accomplish with tax time, legal filings, acquisitions and clammering shareholders bothering them non stop.

I am in GWGO with free shares but just want to let you all know about another gold/mining stock I have that has been a slow but steady performer BZRSF (Canadian – Bell Resources Corp.) I bought this in Dec at .33 and it is now at .82 and the weather in Canada is just getting ready for the season. I feel more good things coming...

Do you own DD, etc.

"Well Well Well, have we got another candidate for an FBI and or SEC investigation?"

Are you talking about me or the stock?

I just see a lot of red flags popping up. This company is looking more and more like an elaborate Three Card Monte game. I, like most, expected a super run upon the proverbial good PR. Now I'm sitt'n on the fence on this one. I think it could go either way. Not trying to bash it! Be careful, that's all I'm saying.

Time will tell..If we could pick stocks and watch them rocket up we wouldn't be looking for information and ideas here, would we? The more we learn the better decisions we can make. Education & Experience are the ultimate decision makers on the stocks we play with.

I know...get off the pulpit!

I know no one likes to hear even the slightest of negative references to any stock they own long, so I guess I'll just keep my thoughts to myself. Wasn't trying to offend anyone.

People don't like hearing negativity when they have their own doubts. I'm still in, but you can't not be a little concerned about the last month with this stock. Especially since I've watched this go up over .002 and touch .0019 last week only to hold it back down to where I bought it.

People don't like hearing negativity...

Boy, ain't that the truth...just human nature. I'm new to this board, at least as a member, but not new to these kinds of stocks. I love them because of their volatility. Like we all know, that's usually where the big gains come from. It's just as hard for me to realize a stock isn't going where I thought as much as anyone else. And I'm not talking about GWGO, but in general terms. Personally, I've found being able to do that is what can save me a ton of $.

I'm in...free shares...They email back...website looks good...the only "problem" that I have seen is that they "normally" file late...but they always come through...

The late 10-K is due the 15th of April (annual report). I think most people are looking for the 8-K (about the acquisitions) which will be filed ???? The last official news from GWGO about the 8-K is in part, and of course this is old news:

"Great West Gold, Inc. – Update On Filing And
Investor Relations
NEW YORK, NY, March 24, 2006, Great West Gold, Inc. (OTC BB: GWGO)
confirms that it will be filing a Form 8 – K in respect of the acquisitions of the
“Treasure King” Gold Mining Project, the Copper Mountain Copper Mining Project
and the “Yaba” Gold Mining Project in Yavapai County, Arizona
The Company undertook that it would file this Form 8-K on March 16, 2006 but
the Company is unable to file the Form 8-K until next week due to numerous third
party agreements contained in this filing. The approval of these third parties is
required prior to this filing being made and the Company is still awaiting certain
of these approvals. This is a mere formality but is a legal requirement and the
Company apologises to its shareholders for this delay but is of the opinion that it
is unable to file before that date....."

this is from their web site. I hope this helps!

This is a response to my email to them...

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your interest in and for contacting Great West Gold, Inc.

The Company is still at this time (as announced) working on appointing an Investor Relations Company to deal with shareholder enquiries and is not in a position to respond to each and every question posed by shareholders or other interested parties.

The Company is at this time finalising its Form 10 KSB Annual Report and upon completion of the same; the Company will be filing the details of its latest acquisitions and announcing the "Pay Date" and the "Record Date" of the additional three Stock Dividends to its shareholders.

We would be grateful if you would bear with us until all of these filings and announcements have been completed. This is expected to take another two weeks as we are reliant upon our professional advisors in respect of the timing of these announcements and filings.

Great West Gold, Inc.

They did file the 10K but it's on the SEC web page. And yes, it is the 8K which everyone is waiting for. It will explain the details of the acquisitions and the own by and pay dates of the cash/stock dividends. I'm betting on stock dividends cause that's what they paid last time.

I can't help but want to but more at this low level but my inner voice says I have enough already. Greedy I guess, I feel very confident that it will jump after the dividends are announced just like it did last time. IMO [Eek!]
