its insider trading, these third party agreements that they had been waiting for are more then likely finalized and those third parties like the terms so they have been slowly buying up waiting in anticipation unil gwgo finalizes all the ins and outs for their 8-k just my opinion of course...

B/A showing .0019/.002, I'm liking this very much. As far as I'm concerned, it can do this all day long...tomorrow too.

anyone think that trade for 1000 shares at .002 is a sign? Who would make a trade worth 2 bucks?

I'm setting some tight stops on my bigger stocks. End of the quarter/window dressing/fed-rate hike is having some effect. If I sell something I may buy more of our baby GWGO. I'm pretty convinced it's going higher one the news comes out and the dividends are announced.
I would like to make $5,000 in one week. Seems to be doing good now.

I am holding several million shares and do not plan on selling any time soon. However, I wish they would come out with an SEC filing or PR or SOMETHING. This lack of anything is killing the little run we had yesterday.

GWGO declared a dividend of $25/ps back in January. If one were holding 1M shares, does that mean they would have gotten a check for $25M? Does a company declare a dividend each year?
TIA

Back in January, that was a 25% stock dividend. At the time, I was holding 6,000,000 shares and I received 1,500,000 free ones. But, If you find a penny stock that is giving a $25.00 per share, let me know...I'M IN!!!!

On January 9, 2006 the board of directors at GREAT WEST GOLD INC approved a dividend of $25.00 per share. The dividend is payable on February 7, 2006 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2006.
was still a 25% stock dividend?
Do companies declare dividends every year?

Yes, that 25% stock divi was one that was originally set with a Jan. 6 record. They extended it to a Jan 31 record date and I got my 1.5M divi shares on Feb 7. I'm not sure if they do dividends every year or not.
