Kind of weird that they issued PR's about not filing and now they're two days late. Frankly I'd rather have the PR about the future PR then nothing... Still holding though. GLTA

It took several days but my buy order was finally filled. Now I just need to wait, wait, wait. The press release followed by the dividend will reward all of us when it finally gets here.

The Company is unable to file the Form 8-K until Monday March 20, 2006 due to numerous third party agreements contained in this filing. The approval of these third parties is required prior to this filing being made and the Company is awaiting certain of these approvals. This is a mere formality but is a legal requirement and the Company apologises to its shareholders for this delay but is of the opinion that it is unable to file before that date. Great West Gold, Inc. apologises to its shareholders for these further delays and asks that shareholders respect and understand that these delays were caused by their Company having acquired substantial assets with very complex financing agreements and the involvement of a number of third parties.
If you notice that in the PR from last Friday...it doesn't really state that "it" would be filed on Monday...It states..."....it is unable to file before that date..."
In time it will be filed...IMHO

Gotta read the whole PR:
"The Company is unable to file the Form 8-K until Monday March 20, 2006 due to numerous third party agreements contained in this filing."
They were ment to file it two days ago... they haven't informed us about further delays... which kind of sucks!!! They better have great news !

"This is a mere formality but is a legal requirement and the Company apologises to its shareholders for this delay but is of the opinion that it is unable to file before that date."
I guess it is all in the individuals interpitation....

I know we are all impatient and eagerly awaiting the PR (or multiple PR's) but like Vinny said...Patience = Profits. If I had some cash I'd be buying more at .0010 as it seems to be solid support now.

Very much agree that there is a lot of support at this level. I think once some good news hits we should start to take off again. I have no cash to buy more at this point but I hold enough to be happy!! GLTA

Has anyone tried to make contact with them. I have made several attempts through email. I asked them general questions and never received a response?

pretty confident it's going to stay in that .001-.0011 range, so no point in selling before the news. Sure would be nice to get that someday...

im just glad the bid didn't drop to .0009, woulda been a bad day if it did. It would be nice though if GWGO did update their website, its been like that for 2 weeks now.

Low volume is good here. Less MM manipulation. What im very please with is the way the stock has held up. 10x11 even with the PR stating news would be coming out and nothing came out..You would expect the price to fall but GWGO has held strong. IMO i hope this doesnt run hard but slowley start an uptrend like RSHN. Remember, Hard runs are ususally following by hard falls.

(OTCBB:GWGO - News) confirms that it will be filing a Form 8 - K in respect of the acquisitions of the "Treasure King" Gold Mining Project, the Copper Mountain Copper Mining Project and the "Yaba" Gold Mining Project in Yavapai County, Arizona ADVERTISEMENT
The Company undertook that it would file this Form 8-K on March 16, 2006 but the Company is unable to file the Form 8-K until next week due to numerous third party agreements contained in this filing. Shareholders are advised that there some delays but that everything will be finalised in and during next week and if the Company was in a position to expedite these Corporate actions, it would do so. Another week to wait...It could be worse. At least we know they are working on it. I'm pretty confident our patience will be rewarded as long as we all don't start bailing when it goes up .0005 to .0015. The dividend will make it worth the wait so habg in there.
