salary is always the cheap part with positions like this in any company...it's the comission that makes the money - think of what his cut will be when he gets a major contract signed.......

Sounds about right Bearclaw. I’ve read that there are many different new compensation packages, and all of them work well. It just all depends on how the rest of the compensation is structured, as well as on Lighthipe himself. The scenarios are draw vs. straight commission, straight salary, salary plus commission, salary to goal, then a one-time bonus for meeting a goal. Now if commission enters into the compensation picture for Lighthipe, then its possible that his commission is calculated and accrued, but he would never actually get paid until ConectiSys is awarded a contract(s).

I refuse to let this topic go to the page 4 cemetery where topics die. But it's probably the last bump I'll give it since I'd have more fun watching a snail race a slug.

The MR should be out no later then Friday, the 12. In the past two years the MR was not any later then that.
Hope Rod Lighthype has something positive to report. The move-in date at their new location was April 17, so that news will be in there. The other thing is they were hoping to expand or obtain a pilot Will there be more to report on?

Bloat the A/S ... dilute the O/S and then do an R/S.
In other words...SCREW THE SHAREHOLDERS.....
A message to the CNES board......

It’s just that certain points of interest continue to fascinate me. One thing I've found to be truly impressive, and rarely mentioned as a group or in part is ConectiSys' Advisory Board to the Board of Directors.
What an awesome group of professionals!
Personally, they give me all the confidence in the world knowing they are going to do everything in their power to bring ConectiSys success, and its shareholders wealth.
Might be some famous last words......

The MR needs to/should address or give some explanation for the increase. Also, this election may or may not raise a red flag with investors. I guess that will depend if the 3 are being replaced, or if the 3 are being added. If replaced and no explaination is given as to why, well then it is sure to raise a certain level concern. jmo

That is a BS post. It would have to be released on marketwire or Business wire to ensure it reaches all shareholders. Unless they verify this when I call them .. I do believe it is a BS post.

I sure as hell hope it is BS, do you realize that if they go to 50 Billion that would be more than PAIM?

IMO there is absolutely NO OTHER REASON to bloat the A/S except to dilute the O/S. The best plan is to find your exit point and get the hell out. And then NEVER buy the stock again. If every trader punished companies that pull this crap they might think twice about screwing the shareholders.

Where does this information come from? I won't believe it until CNES posts it or releases it. CNES is already funded through next year. What does increasing the A/S possibly accomplish? Wait and see what the company says...this sounds shady to me.

quote:After taking into account the number of shares currently outstanding or issuable upon conversion or exercise of our outstanding derivative securities, the number of authorized shares of common stock provided for in our Articles of Incorporation is not sufficient to satisfy our obligations to issue shares of common stock to the convertible debenture investors upon conversion of the convertible debentures and exercise of the related warrants.
The agreements we entered into in connection with our offerings of the convertible debentures and related warrants required us to, among other things, reserve subject to shareholder approval, the shares of common stock underlying the convertible debentures and related warrants and, on a best efforts basis, increase the authorized number of shares of our common stock immediately. If we are unsuccessful in timely increasing our authorized number of shares of common stock, we will be in default under those agreements and could face significant adverse consequences. Those consequences include, among other things, the holders of the convertible debentures and related warrants, requiring us to pay substantial penalties, requiring us to repay the convertible debentures and/or foreclosing upon their security interests in our assets, including our intellectual property.
I think shareholders at the meeting need to demand a promise for no r/s of this stock. Re-purchase and retire is what they have promised in the past to lower the O/S. The MR will hopefully address all of this after that filing.

It seems they rolled the dice (ala PAIM) and now are hounded by past promises (debentures). If the debenture or whatever holders have the ability to dump their shares, the pps will probably take a dive. JMO

well, what they need is some cash to buyout the debentures...i.e. a secure contract with hard revenue.

Not at all Bearclaw...I appreciate it - I wouldn't have seen the filing until tomorrow probably if you hadn't mentioned it. Good way to scare newbies out of this stock on RB tho, eh? We'll see what happens I guess - when are you expecting the MR now Bearclaw?
