I am out .0007 . Too bad. I am glad I grabbed my profit on the last run. What I sold today was insignificant. GLTA who are going to hold. We'll see maybe in the future things will turn around. Go DDSI.

I'm with you Gator. But why 50 billion? Does that mean they think they have that much potential, or that they're in that much trouble?

I'm not in this for that much so I will also be holding for now. After reading through their filing I noticed a couple things. They are asking to authorize the increase of shares to 50 bil but does that mean they will crank all those shares into the market this summer? I don't think so. Also they say if they don't get more shares they will be in default in which case they could forfeit all their IP, making them worhtless. Also it looks like they want to use the shares for "makes additional shares of common stock available for acquisitions, financings, present and future employee benefit programs and other corporate purposes". Again this seems to me like these shares won't really be dumped into the market but will be used by CNES for employee benefits, aquisitions and to maintain their IP. Just my opinions.

Any other thoughts?

my thoughts exactly Wino - that's why I posted that passage yesterday to this thread. People are panicking and no one is winning here except the MM's.

Like I said in a previous post...been there...done that. Went through the same thing last year when they increased from 7 bil to 15 bil.
1. Board had control...your vote didn't mean squat.
2. Cited the same reasons for the increase.
3. All the shares were dumped into the market.
4. Spigno is still paying himself 240k a year with YOUR money.
5. Share price went to .0002

GLTA staying in.

I'm thinking...why is CNES diluting when they could build on the momentum they just had? When PPS goes up, doesn't that mean they have more capital to work with?

But then it would make sense that they are looking ahead at the tremendous capital expenditures needed for mass production vs (maybe) interest shown by potential customers.

Yes, the thing noone is taking into consideration is the shareholders have to vote on this. Also, They should be out there getting contracts. The product is already developed so there is no need for further development costs. If they Dilute, they are going to shoot themselves in the foot. And if that is what they do they are saying the only ones who matter is them and not the shareholder.

We may get a bounce in PPS off the 200 day moving average. Also, if Fibonaci and zig zag patterns actually apply to penny stocks, this move lower is just part of the action.

I'll bet CNES releases something positive here shortly to offset the negative pressure...

This is where investors need tough knuckles...or deep pockets.

At this point CNES could get bought. Do they want to be purchased? Maybe not. 50 billion shares would be a poison pill if approved.

Just some things to make you go hmmmmm??

Buy pork bellies! CNES is having a 'brown out' of sorts. I'm still in though. Made some good profits off the last run, so we'll let some shares ride out the storm.

Not familiar with this company but just noticed it's taking a good beating this week after a nice runnup a month or so ago. Why has it dropped so much lately? TIA and sorry if anyone lost money here.

I agree. I think they have something good to announce in the MR. I would think they would not authorize 35 bil more shares without something to offset the negative impact. And the timing is just about right.

RB, the price is dropping because they just made a filing with SEC announcing they will request 35 B more share be authorized at their next shareholders meeting.

MR is expected shortly...at least some time this week. An increase in A/S to make sure they cover their cd's is a good thing. Someone foreclosing on the IP at this point would be catastrophic. And not all the shares they increased to last year have been issued yet.

In return for financing they issued CD's...they gotta pay up with shares when folks want to convert, that's how it works.

They could definitely be covering their bases and leaving room for the unexpected. The increase in A/S as gator pointed out does not mean shares MUST be issued. Could it also be a way for company to be in control of a majority of shares rather than engage in potentially costly buyback?

CNES is like most of my girlfriends. Either I make them out to be so much more than they really are, or they genuinely demonstrate potential but simply use me to make their next move... In any case I end up all alone in the end.

GLTA, I shall resume my drinking escapades on the DDSI thread.

Ditto. To the last word.

Still positive about their technology and the upcoming mandate effective date.

Things still could turn out as Buck stated, but then again maybe not.

Plenty of money and time to buy in later. For now, I'd just rather be safe than sorry.

I would hope the fact this is still at 6, correct that, now 7 with large volume tells ppl something....at the very least I would think you would all, since you've held this long, would want to hold until the MR comes out.

Somebody has been buying a ton of cheap shares today.

Gator this has been my best stock. Had been accumulating since .0004 back in 03/05, but after getting burned by that POS Frank fukn Olsen, this time around I would much rather play with my head rather than my heart.

And thats what I should of done with Q a long long time ago. Because I was warned repeatedly by many ppl that came to our thread and yelled "BAIL!!". As a matter of fact I think you were even one of them, but being the green rookie that I was, I did'nt want to hear the negative. I just wanted to believe that Olsen had a very lucrative concept and the ability to succeed in making us a lot of money. Well...what a fukn joke that turned out to be.

So from now on if I see any of my stocks becoming questionable, I'll just sell and wait it out, regardless of how much I'm impressed with it's product/services.

Again, it's my favorite, but you've got to admit this filing has brought on uncertainty. And to me, a SEC filing of uncertainty that warrants caution definately out weighs any MR that spews positive/fluff information.

Am I over reacting? Probably, but hey I'm just a rookie, and besides, the profit I took was fat. Beginners luck I guess. [Big Grin]

more power to ya qbid. All I will say is we should meet back on this board a year from now and see who is the happier camper. Just b/c the shares are authorized to be issued does not mean they WILL BE issued. They have to honor their CD's - that is without question 150% important to avoid forclosure on their IP at this point in the game.

And something I will point out, with all the selling from daytraders on this filing yesterday, somebody sure bought a pile of this stock today - I guess we'll see what happens in the near future.

MR is OUT!

"While the NOC completion and MDMA approval process kick into high gear the marketing team will be looking towards a new pilot in our industrial center to continue to demonstrate HNet’sTM capability. course changes. I would ask all of you to reflect on your personal lives and careers. I would be willing to bet you have all had at least a few deviations along life’s journey."

also adds CNES will be increasing the A/S to raise money for acquisitions 'synergistic' with CNES technology.

In my opinion the monthly report only hurts the PPS. Nothing but a contract will swing the investors now.

a new pilot is good news for CNES as well as a policy of trying to acquire other companies that will compliment and add to the CNES technology/package.
