Mikec, Would you be so kind as to post the link to the article you posted just a few posts back from here. It is customary to give the original author credit for their work. I rather liked the article and would like to save it for future reference. Thank you

Guys, there are no earnings right now, so of course the price will adjust itself accordingly down. Pick your times to get in and out, but be careful because we have no idea when it will take off, and we surely don't wanna miss that boat.

I guess I shouldn't have been hoping for that new boat yet off of my cnes millions yet....dang! Anybody think that accumulating any more than what I have already is a smart play or just let this one ride and see what happens over the next 12-18 months? By the way how do you put in the facial expression thumbnails? thanks

Advise is almost always free, and almost always wrong. Use your own educated guess. You definately won't make your millions on other people's opinions.

Why next week Mike??? I see .0005 x .0006 now with no reason to change that unless we see dilution for south or positive news to go north....Please explain your take...Thanks...
Have a great holiday weekend...

Maybe shorts, weak and the nervous slowly selling off. Could be wrong though...we'll see.
Just don't see continued support for pps, ie, news. Market down doesn't help either.
I'll take a rookie guess and say that if it doesn't bounce off .0004 this coming week, it will the following week.

How about you wait 2 weeks. Again, I'm guessing but we'll see.
Even if I'd show you surely you wouldn't base anything on a rookie post...would you? Tell me not.

Mike... We can expect a MR in the next two weeks...Other than that, CNES has been very quiet...Please keep me informed if you have any more hunches...I've found trusting investors hunches sometimes is much smarter than trusting some CEO's running companies in Pennyland...
Have a fun holiday buddy...

Well Bear, prior to the last PR and MR, both investor confidents and the much anticipated news that ConectiSys would be involved (contractually) with San Diego was mounting, but then came the PR and MR...and to no avail, well lets just say its fair to say that the current pps reflects that outcome.
All I'm trying to say is that I guess at this point, until a PR and/or MR comes out announcing significant news financially and/or contractually, benefiting the company...well then we'll probably continue to see the pps drop. jmo
And do I hope so? Hell yes, because I just sold my home/property to Kroger back in January. We close June 28th. And so if it will hold or continue to slide down until then, well...lets just say I'll be bargain hunting.

nick your are definitely right about other peoples advice...and one gets what they pay for....I was just wondering how the wind was blowing with the rest of you. Like mike said..until we get some positive news then we should expect nada...and if they dilute the share float some more then that would stink as well.....i know that hope ryhmes with dope...but let it spring eternal here in pennyland....go cnes go!

Is it wise to vote positive on the additional 50 m shares? Last year we went along with the additional shares...kept them afloat for the year....but how much longer do we have to support these folks...seems as if they could generate some revenue by now.....They are worse than my kids....Doooo something CNES!

Last year was continued preparation, this year ...is a different story. They are now prepared. Have been.
Do you feel the need to carry them even more?
You have proven yourself as a serious investor so why not let them prove themselves as a serious company?
Personally I love this company, but there are plenty more to profit from. Just make sure you are comfortable with your voting decision. gl

I asked Luca Spigno about the situation. This is a part of a mail I received from him. I hope it's ok for him when I post it here. I mean it's correct because most of the actual postings are simply crap (In other boards...) and his words sound true and comprehensible.
Here it is: ********** The rumors going around about bonuses and commissions are just that; rumors and the topic will be addressed at the shareholders meeting. There is a lot of bad mouthing CNES at this time, but we are here, we are moving forward and we are trying to get the company in better shape which is the main purpose of the upcoming authorization. We are basically trying to buy industry related companies that are profitable so the company has some more stability and a constant income. We are focused in that area now. Positive revenue would mean a great deal to CNES and its shareholders. The potential of CNES shares has not fallen; remember Itron was a company with a similar situation at one time. They captured about 1.5% of the market with an already outdated product and went from pennies to now around $60 per share 1.5% mind you. When CNES starts to obtain contracts everyone will have a much different view. **********
I hope this will stop bashing and worthless postings. Kind regards, roba

Well at least it sounds like Luca is saying the right things....i hope that they are doing the right things as well. It would be great to see them just achieve ten percent of what itron has completed because in that case we would really be on to something....i've already bought my ticket so i will stick around until things take off or until the credits roll whichever comes first.

IMO they are doing the right things. they already have funds for the next year of operations. If they can purchase another company to speed up revenue generation and help them enter the market quicker, all the better.

a question about that funding for the next year...from I read that money is for continuing operations only..where is the money going to come from for these acquisitions? Surely they dont expect to use a diluted share float with another even more cheaper 37 billion shares??? it has been a head scratcher for me.

Would they be searching companies that have BPL or "broadband over power line" capabilities? Seems to me they would need that service from the Utility companies. (I'm not familiar with the H-net process so I'm just guessing)... If so, both TKO Telkonet, and TMXO Trimax , Canadian, are wiring buildings for "plug and play" internet service over existing electrial lines in the buildings. Glad to give CNES any hot tips...I'm still holding...

imo...the anticipation of substantial news is the only thing keeping this above .0004
If nothing has developed (with proof), it will soon be at a super bargain price.

During the last month the Company has signed Memorandums of Understanding with two firms in Southern California. These MOU’s have formalized the process by which the Company negotiates to acquire these entities. Both of those companies are in the energy business. One is a Meter Service Provider and the other an ESCO (Energy Service Company) that currently specializes in the installation and maintenance of advanced lighting systems.

good luck with that guys. I wish I could attend the shareholders meeting at the end of June. Alas, I can't get away. I hope for something significant to be said there. Are any of the shareholders from this board going to be in attendance?
