well, the increase is needed to keep them from defaulting on the cd's...which is definitely something we don't want to see happen. We need a promise from the Board not to promote or propagate a r/s of the common stock.

oh and when they do vote on this arent restricted share votes equal to ten times common shareholder votes which would make 50 billion inevitable?

I've been in for several months now * .0013 & .0011 - Had opportunity in Feb to sell * .002 but held back hoping on huge spike that never happened...
Hope this moves to at least swing trade it to make a few bucks...

thanks for the info...coding VB all day and then coming home to see that I have lost money on cnes gives me a headache....although i think the business plan is still a good one going forward..so for us small fish that arent too deep in the weeds with this company we can probably hang on till it goes to zero (if that happens)..but for you multi-million milers out there with lots 'O shares i think i feel your pain.
my e-mail: ------------------------------------------------ My vote is NO to the authorized shares increase.
What is the problem with you?
If you have the technology you say you have and can't get customers or can't go to production just sell it before somebody else comes with an equivalent option. -------------------------------------------------

hey everyone. wow!! i cant understand why they would do this, well, i kinda can, but still. i got into this last year at .0021 then averaged down to .0012 and actually sold last week at .001 and took a lil loss and got into pgpm and now im in pgpm and ipre. i just felt that nothing big was going on other then them getting into a new facility, BUT i still have faith in cnes because there is no one out there that can compete with them and their 10 years in making these meters. Yes, i can see this get down to .0002 like it did last year and for those who get in below .008 will be happy in thelong run. they will come through and there are many longs who are in this way higher than .002 and have nothing to loose, so dont worry if your in this long term, but if you were expecting short. im sorry. good luck to all and ill be back in this later down the road when i see more coming from them. night everyone, ill check in frequently and will be doing the same on yahoo long also.

IME more A/S and potentially lower PPS levels will of course be of benefit to MMs for accumulation as well as those who think and trade like them--
Normally I wouldn't like increase of A/S but I actually think that buying demand could go up at the very least in short term--allowing new holders to come-in and some of the weary to bail.
There are indications that a large amount of potential new holders w/ their new cash are waiting to buy-in below .0008 and in even larger quantities than last group of buyers in at .0002-.0005. There will invevitably be selling but in that comes buying opportunities

I'm out of this...too bad, as I thought it had good potential as far as PPS when they receive a nice contract...now that they plan to have 50 Billion+ shares, they can kiss my azz. Good luck to those that stay in it.

the increase is a means to an end. Unfortunately everyone here seems to be short sighted about this. GLTA - I wish you the best. I will continue to hold and add - in a year you guys should come find the CNES thread and we'll talk about who's ahead in the game of penny stocks.
