Well, i don't like these .0001 going by.. I said I wouldn't buy no more QBID.. I just put an order in for 3 mill more.. If I get these, I will see if I can sell them for .0002. Just would be nice to make some money on QBID after such a looooooong wait. But it may be a looooong wait to be able to sell them too.

ha ha Frank will walk in and buy them up soon
this is what he does.
Frank made him an offer before to help him out of his financial problems, and he refused the help.
his problem is that he has to pay off his wife and he has not money so the company has to pay it.
lol Frank will be making an anouncement soon.
lol
Frank is going to get this for less then half of what he was going to pay the first time lol

OUTtv goes bankrupt? Oh, we were going to take the world by storm, weren't we? We were wealthy, obsessed with ourselves and ready to buy into our own TV station. Ha. Canada's queer television channel has suffered yet another setback. Xtra reports that "Shaw Communications, a western cable and satellite company, had obtained a judgment allowing it to seize OUTtv's cable subscription revenues." Uhm, that would be a sizable chunk of cashflow, since OUTtv doesn't seem to be very advertising-heavy, eh.
"On Jan 12, the gay cable channel submitted a Notice Of Intention (NOI) to file a proposal for restructuring under Canada's Bankruptcy And Insolvency Act. The notice allows OUTtv to protect itself and its subscription revenue.
"Bill Craig, the president of OUTtv, says the channel and its more sex-oriented sibling Hard On Pridevision, are struggling to build their business and Shaw's actions were potentially disastrous.... According to Craig, Shaw is claiming OUTtv owes $25,000 a month for providing a feed to cable stations across Canada from their satellite service StarChoice. Shaw did not respond to Xtra by press time."

think about it. if this guy is taking his company into backruptcy over a 25,000 dollar a month bill, then he is in hurting shape.
if Frank takes this on, 25,000 a month is not a lot compaired to his 2 million a month burn rate. the thing is once he owns it, he gets everything he wants and needs to fulfill all his plans.
he can instantly change all the programming over to be a simulcast of QTV. instant interest will be back by all the old subs that got tired of the boaring programming that they have been playing. boom instant revenue and back to being proffitable.
now as much as many dont like the idea. Frank has had a plan of starting a gay porn channel after he is done with and sold Q. he could spin this channel off into a new company and be up and running instantly.
its a win win situation the way i see it.
he now adds all the canadian markets instantly that will satisfy the need for the gay games to be in 150 markets.
who knows maybe this is the big news that they have been trying to keep quiet till the end of the month.
there are alot of possitives to this that many are not seeing.
I personally will buy a pile more shares if this deal goes through.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Just wanted to share some good DD done by a credible poster on RB. This was from an email she had written to Gayle Hanrahan Director of Affiliate Sales & Marketing Eastern Division 508-536-5500 gayle*qtelevision.com
By: stocklovergirl 27 Jan 2006, 11:35 AM EST Msg. 1141958 of 1142020 Jump to msg. # OK...So i asked her when Comcast was going to pick up QTV and she said that QTV is under consideration by comcast. I asked her about the Northeast and she said that she has a contact in Manchester NH and they are in talks but due to restructuring Comcast bandwidth space is tight – it may be a while before QTV is launched. But as a stock holder i think thats good! because they are actually considering carring QTV and she also said that Comcast NE is a Division w/in Comcast’s 22 million subscriber footprint.
besides all the shares outstanding i think this stock has a great future. IMHO EOM

I think I might be the holder of the least amount of shares on this thread anymore, the way you guys have been buying them up. A tiny flower pot full.

FWIW, I just bought 50 million shares using Etrade where they routed the order through UBSS. This was an open GTC order I placed last week (not AON). I spoke to an Etrade rep 30 minutes ago and he re-routed the order to UBSS, it executed within 10 minutes (12 seperate fills).

I had the same problem with Ameritrade, but if you wire funds instead of transferring you can purchase non-marginal(pink sheet) stocks immediately. It cost me $20 from my bank. No charge from Ameritrade. If you already transferred, you can call your bank and cancel the transfer, and then wire the same money. good luck... David
