I sent an email to Richard Brown last week about financials. He answered back the very next day. He just said that he has been trying with Frank...

This B*llSH*T going on at this board is really discouraging. The posters that are bashing are those who have put in more $ than they should have invested in a pinksheet co. They lost more than they could afford. Now they are trying for all else to lose hope too. Is this a risk in micropenny land.(of course) But if what we hope to be true does in fact be true, will we be rewarded.....hell yeah and handsomeling,I might add. The only thing here is hearsay and that's why we're at this level. I may be optimistic, thats how successful people become rich.......they are risktakers and don't quit until they succeed. Frank is one of those people. It takes money to make money. Most people on this thread have gone against the rules and have actually become investors in a pink . What is an investor?someone who puts money into a co. in hopes that the co. will grow with their investment. To me.....the investment i made a couple years ago was a good one....only problem is I sold my shares to someone else. I see this as an opportunity for me to get in at the very very bottom of a successful Co. that is wayyyyy undervalued due to uncertainty. The one thing I am certain about is the Co has been getting subs.If they weren't they wouldn't have been able to get any other carriers other than RCN. We are NOW UP To FIVE CaRRIERS! There is no doubt in my mind that the Co. will be well known within the next couple years. The biggest uncertainty is the stock.....if there was less uncertainty we wouldn't be on the pinks ,would we?And That's not fun and exciting is it? I'm here because of the possibilities not probabilities and with possibilities comes great reward.I'm not here for a 100% gain, I'm here for the possibilty of a life changing occurance. And for minimum risk. We all know how many shares we can buy at these levels and where this pps. could go with some promisses coming true, just a little late. The 150 markets Q must be in for the Gay Games has been satisfied by Q unscrambling its signal thus allowing any network to rebroadcast it, although a royalty would have to be paid. The Gay Games will thus be available nationwide.
This board is expending a huge amount of energy. If we could focus just 10% as a united effort at Frank requesting meaningful financials we very probably would get them. I talked with Richard Brown and he said that a meaningful financials page on the web is what he has been pushing Frank for. He also said that our effort would go a long way to helping him get it! Lets focus on what we want and at who we can get it from! Frank does listen when it is done in mass. If it is done respectfully, but firmly, Frank will read them. Lets work together.

You still didnt do anything but imply that there is something nefarious in relation to Jennifer's name. If you are trying to imply that she is the insider and you have tangible proof of that accusation you can share then say spit it out. If not, I would drop it.

Isn't it called fair analysis when trying to determine why a stock has tanked? This isn't a minor drop in pps, this an absurd plundering of value directly from investors pockets. I don't think it qualifies for confidence today.

MT Please go back and read my original post again, because you've missed every point I made.
1. I asked you to "leave me out of your squabbles with others." I meant that, so please respect my request in the future.
2. I said "I don't care what gender Skunksyard is ... so I have no reason to seek proof of anything you say." I also meant that, so why are you offering me "proof" of something I don't care about?
3. I asked you not to "start a witchhunt here" because it just doesn't matter to me who or what anyone really is. And I meant that too, so why are you still searching for the elusive "he/she" poster. Just guessing, but I think you'll find a lot more "he/she" posters than you imagine. And also some "its", some "whats", some "maybes" and some "I don't knows". And the last I heard, no one buys any of their pelts anymore. No market for them.
4. I said that "I form opinions about people based solely on what they post, and it doesn't matter to me if they do not match my mental image of them." And guess what? I meant that too. Do you want to know where my opinion of you is headed right now?
By the way, I just posted a reply to someone else that summarized my feelings about message board posters. Take a look. OK? You're wearing out my typing fingers, and I only have two of them. [/qb][/QUOTE]

Hi, Jenn. Wondered what happened to you. I know what you're going through ... I've been "down and out" (no computer access) many times in my life and have had to resort to drastic measures. Which is why I always carry a hand-printed sign stating: "Computerless ... will work for internet access."
And ... "I have always depended on the kindness of strangers." (If I quote any more Tennessee Williams, someone will suspect I'm not who I say I am ... but then, is anyone? )

Launching with 5 carriers may be a accomplishment, but it doesnt mean squat if no one is subscribing to the service. I for one would be announcing my subscription numbers as often as I can to show that there is momentum with QTN. Look at SIRI, they were always announcing their subscription numbers, both current and future. QBID (aka Frank) hasn't release any numbers. So, I can only conclude, at this time, that he doesn't have any good number to release. Which means if he doesn't have any subscribers, then he doesn't have any income, which means he has to dump shares, when he runs out of shares, he lays people off and closes the studios.
The road to hell is not pertty. And I lose over $11K
FRANK IS NOT THE KIND OF PERSON TO JUST QUIT. HE WILL POUND THE PAVEMENT TO GET NEW FINANCING. SUBCRIPTIONS SHOULD BE THE FOCUS NOW. WITH THOSE COMES REVENUE.
Turn off the caps.

Employees at Q Television Network, one of three cable channels aimed at gay and lesbian viewers, claim that they are not being paid as the company faces increasing financial difficulties. Two employees, speaking on condition of anonymity, revealed that an internal memo indicated that one of Q's investors had dropped out, leaving the company to scramble for funds. It was reported Friday on Out.com that the network was going "on hiatus" until February 13, but at that time Q's executive vice president of network operations, Carol Hinnant, reported that full-time employees would continue to be paid.
When contacted by Advocate.com on Monday, Hinnant refused to comment on the late paychecks but said, "Every network has growing pains. We'll be back on the 13th, and we hope [our employees] will be back." Hinnant disputed claims by one of the Q employees that most of the network staff had gone home Monday after being informed that the paychecks they were due to receive on February 1, and then on February 3, would still not be available. Of course we hide our true identities and do not disclose details about our private lives. It's a matter of protecting oneself. Just look at the world around you. There are some real nut cases out there that could go postal just because they disagree with what you post on a message board. That doesn't mean you have to provide a false imagge of who you really are. For instance, I will tell you my name is Kim, I live in the San Antonio area, and I am a part time bookkeeper/office manager for a construction company. I can tell you how many shares of Q I own, when I bought them, what I bought them for, etc. etc. That is providing factual information. However, I certainly am not going to disclose my full name, address, phone number or a pic of me, because I wouldn't want to encounter some psycho from a message board. You can be honest about who you are without revealing who you are.

hagatha You've made a valid point, but remember that we all hide our true identities by using screennames and by "not sharing" details about our private lives. When everyone posting here tells us their real name, address, age and gender and provides a recent photo, I'll be critical of anyone who holds back. Until then, I'll continue to accept whatever personal information someone chooses to share, even if it's not true. After all, we shouldn't believe anything posted on a message board anyway, so what does it matter who or what said it?
And after reading some recent posts here, I am very glad no one knows who I am and where I live, because I just might fear for my life ...
By the way, I don't consider using a false identity on a message board as unethical unless you are soliciting a sexual partner. In that case, I think "all the goods" should be revealed up front.

You know it must be pretty bad, when Frankie boy's employees will not take QBID stock in lieu of a paycheck. They prefer to walk off. This should be a good indicator... LOL! Hell, it seems no one want's to take Frankie boys worthless QBID stock anymore. Unfortunately, I still have mine. Show us the money Frankie boy – Or at least show us the freakin’ audit.
