David, am I missing something here? "we will do everthing to shut down his company...." "frank can go stick qtelevision up his ass...I just want my money" How do we get our money if QTV tanks? IMHO Frank has done everything he said he would do....just not on our timetable.

theres one thing we have to understand...as much as we think qtelevision is great ,,,frank has the power to screw us all over ...thats the bottomline..if we dont pressure him,,then he;ll ****t all over us..he aint no angel..for god sakes hes commited felonies before.. i say we make a focus on putting some real solid pressure on him and then watch how he responds.doctoall and i mak ,,, i know how easy it is to thing positive after going to the studios...and yes,,i think qtv will be great in the future..but if frank is screwing the shareholders by raising the pps all the time, then theres no real benefit for us..we're basically just supporting his company with all the risk on us...if all of us have lost so much money and have taken so many risks...dont u guys think its time for the tables to turn.. this is real talk guys..im gonna do something about it and i guarantee you by the end of next week ,,that im gonna put enough pressure on frank to release the real information and not dance around us with stupid prs about some crackhead sandra bernhard..ive seen some real info already..frank handed me a freakin appraisal of the film library at 707 millions dollars.. he has told me all these wonderful things ,,,but its come time for frank to put his money where his mouth is...u guys are lucky that im so pissed off about this whole thing that im actually gonna go down there and do something about it .... wish me luck

DJ, what was it you wanted to tell us the other day, when Q closed at .0001. We never heard from you on it? Is there anything to lose by saying what it is? I'm all for the pressure on Frank also.

Well hey, if he's right about the appraisal, that's some fine work. I'd welcome any more info he can get.

Talked with Scott Withers yesterday and he said the DVD master is complete, he made it, and is at the vendor being reproduced and shipped. He didn’t have any timeframe and didn’t know that Q notified us on the Investors page last week. I’m going to do the “Happy Dance” tonight!

after a thorough investigation scowering the campus of WFU, it has come to my attention that MJM has been practicing his happy dance at a local club.
after talking to a few hot co-eds on the quad they were able to direct me to Baity Street and the bar called Brew Ha Ha’s, and that is where i was able to film MJM at his best.
For your viewing pleasure.. the Q Happy Dance as performed by MJM

Great communication between those guys. Probably wasn't an issue being it was just the share holders. It will take a lot more than some little .0002 cent disk to make me happy.

Is that OTC? Cause I could only buy Non-marginable securities, since I didn't wire transfer it...

I will be surprised if the DVD is anything more than a PR drive. Might want to wait on that dance... everytime there is a perception of good news being just around the corner, when we get around the corner, we are always disappointed.

That guy looks like he needs a lot of room to make those moves thus everybody is staying away. Some kind of one man show.

he didn't happen to mention how many DVDs are being shipped...?
you are required to continue reporting unless you satisfy the following "thresholds," in which case your filing obligations are suspended:
your company has fewer than 300 shareholders of the class of securities offered; or your company has fewer than 500 shareholders of the class of securities offered and less than $10 million in total assets for each of its last three fiscal years.
all securities transactions, even exempt transactions, are subject to the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. This means that you and your company will be responsible for false or misleading statements, whether oral or written. The government enforces the federal securities laws through criminal, civil and administrative proceedings.
Regulation A, an exemption for public offerings not exceeding $5 million in any 12-month period.
There are no Exchange Act reporting obligations after the offeringunless the company has more than $10 million in total assets and more than 500 shareholders
Shareholders Seek Recovery in Class Action Lawsuit Against Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. -- IMH Wednesday January 18, 11:45 am ET
NEW YORK, Jan. 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Labaton Sucharow & Rudoff LLP has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, on behalf of persons who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded securities of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (``Impac'' or the ``Company'') (NYSE:IMH - News) between May 13, 2005 and August 9, 2005, inclusive, (the ``Class Period''). The lawsuit was filed against Impac and certain officers and directors (``Defendants'') of the Company. If you are a member of this class you can view a copy of the complaint and join this class action online at http://www.labaton.com/get/?case=Impac
The complaint alleges that Defendants violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the Company failed to disclose or misrepresented the following material adverse facts which were known to Defendants or recklessly disregarded by them:
-- The Company's margins were negatively impacted by the rise in short-term interest rates. As a result, Impac would not be able to sustain its dividend payouts;
-- The Company lacked adequate internal controls;
-- The Company's statements with respect to its financial condition and future prospects lacked any reasonable basis when made.

Only problem there is that QBID bought a shell and didn't have a traditional IPO. And since they never filed, are they required to "continue" reporting? (not arguing, just asking! )
