I kind of agree with that. They probably got the HollyWood Glitter Tour.. saw the production stage, meet a few Q Stars, and may be even got a few autographs.
But the point is that THEY went and saw that there was SOMETHING to QTN. I went to Palm Spring Oct 2004 looking for their Palm Spring address, talked to a few Gay people, no one knew nothing of QBID. At least now I know it for real, so to speak.

The main point of the trip was to see factual evidence vs Frank flapping his lips about stuff. Anything less is like playing a nutshell game on a street corner. We want to know how the shareholders stand in this. Thus the curiosity .

Totally agree. I think Doc or Monkey are writing up a summary of what was going on. If not, I'd be rather surprised they didn't just come out and say "We saw the books, we can't talk about them." But we know that's not true since Doc talked about the NDA.
Just need to be patient. I'm sure we'll get the info we want in the coming weeks.

He'll show the books when he has a lawyer in his face. I think we've been sold a bag of goods. The asset valuations are just one issue. I think ownership struture was another, and I bet revenues, too. Sounds like Doc and Imak got a song and dance about revenues when they inquired.

doc already said he is holding. he is satisfied with what he saw to base his decision.
doc and imak don't have to post anything they saw or didn't see. they did this because they are investors and they wanted to see for themselves what their invetment is doing.

There was no NDA for the audit because they were not shown the audit. If they were shown the audit he would have said so. Instead, they were given a tour of the facilities and got to meet some folks and were given the song-and-dance that the 'network is going great!!' They were treated like tourists instead of concerned shareholders, and most of us are susceptible to that. We avoid issues and confrontation.

That can work too, except that I thought we were sparing Frank the excess annoyance that would require of dozens of demand letters. Possibly. If its good I guess thats it. for a week before they went we have been posting statements that they will probably not get to see what they want to see, and if they do they will be forced into a NDA.
now that being said, looking at Docs posts here, he stated that he had to sign a NDA. so he can not talk about certain details of what he seen and what was said.
I have to assume that he accomplished at least some of what he sent out to do. he stated the NDA. he stated that he is doing a happy dance.
he did not say anything negative, he sounded positive and he told us stuff we didnt know.
Doc did what he said he would do.
Im not happy that he is not telling us everything and i want to go and beat the info out of him with a stick as well. However, He signed an agreement that would put him in a legal trouble if he broke the agreement.
You really want him to suffer a legal battle and whatever consequeces that would come thim him to satisfy our desire to know what he knows? I dont want him in trouble, I want the info, so the only thing i can think of doing is actually spending my own money, request the visit and go see for myself, or take Docs word for what he told us and be happy with that.
Damit all i want the info bad, but on the other side i trust Doc enough that i will sit with what he has told us, and be happy with that. not as happy as i want to be, but happy that he is possitive and happier that he is not negative, and even happier that he shared what he did share with us.
At this point in the investment there is nothing i can salvage out of my investment but a lousy $900 and im going to let it all ride on red.
I hate you cant tell us anymore Doc, but i do understand and said i would stand behind your decisions whatever they maybe, so thanks for your time, money and effort that you put into yesterdays meeting. I feel we may never know how much you have investing into this endevour, and that if we did, anyone that has said anything bad about you would feel foolish.
Thanks Doc and Imak for the incredible effort the 2 of you have put to this project.
as always i am here till the end.
oh and i did buy another chunk this morning.
I have more then doubled my possition on the q in the last 48 hours.

You know what? These poster that are coming in demanding, have probably not been here as long as us 'oldies'.
