Apparently they only had to sign an NDA for the meeting regarding the Gay Olympics. They weren't shown the audit or any other papers they had a legal right to see. That's disappointing. They were bait-and-switched and treated like tourists instead of shareholders.

Doc, I think I read all your posts since you got back so fogive me if I ask something you've already answered.
1. Did you accomplish what I understood to be your main mission and that was to get a look at the financials? 2. Did you have to sign or otherwise promise not to share the information? 3. Did you find out anything about the preferred shares of QBID that Frank and family own? (number of shares, what percent in ownership they represent, voting rights, dividends, etc.)
I appreciate you and imakemoney making the trip to check these things out. Wish I lived close enough to do it myself.

Ya I guess sorry! I just thought I might have a right to ask some info from Doc, after all the work they put into the trip. Seems like they should be able to say, "can't tell you anything", or some other stuff. Thers a lot of newcomers in here that feel like they're making a killing, with this because they got it after Franks last 18 months of escapades. Then theres me. Its everybody elses business what they want to feel about the outcome up to this point. We have the dreamers, the theorists, the philosophers, the bashers, the pumpers, etc,. Ya Foller?

I applaud Doc and Imak's efforts, but I am SPECULATING that all they got was the "nickle and dime tour." IMO you guys have been the most proactive as far as attempting to get info from Frankie than most of us here. It is just a damn shame that Frankie boy continues with his smoke and mirror tactics, and not to mention how inconsiderate he is - From my understanding it took two trips to corner him. What about the time/cost/travel effort by Imak and Doc...? Anyhow, Thanks guys.

Knowing these two guys would leave the meeting and issue a report to shareholders and potential shareholders, what do you think the CEO was going to tell them?
It's just like when the Prez holds a press conference... does he ever tell us all the bad decisions and retarded, behind-the-scenes crap that goes on? Of course not!
While we all applaud their efforts for all the shareholders, lets keep an open mind that the CEO probably did not want to divulge anything remotely negative.
