so mjm your going all in huh.......

thats what i did last year with qbid. i put in over 30k over the course of the year. looking back i now see what a fool i was. man it really urks me that folks buying in now can buy the same position i have for less then a tenth of the price.

think about it 25 million shares for 2500 bucks.

i cant even imagine those that started buying in at over a penny a share.

if someone wanted to flip i was talking about making $2500-$3000 not bad for a day, because a ton of people say you don't hold a pink more than 2-3 days.

that is why i think that shareholders didn't get much of the 22 bil+ traded last week. JMO

now why is that his responsibility?

He posts what he has been told.

he has not control over whether or not it is true, and there is no way for him to discern if it is true unless he waits until afterwards.

now if he told you the day of the info that does come true, you are the same guy that would doubt him that he knew in the first place.

he told us what he was told, he didn't have to, nor does he owe us anything.

lets leave it at that.

If your looking for verification that he has talked to Frank, i can verify that as i have talked to Frank on the phone on several occasions and he has verified that he has spoke with David.

if you dont buy my verification, that is fine too. all you have to do is call him yourself to verify.

All i can say is Thank you David Janis for reporting back what has been told to you.

The reason i posted that is that there are many here that feel that the games are going to mark a milestone for the company, and there has been speculation for some time now by some that the company will be put up for sale around that time.

i was sitting in a hotel room last night and had the time to sit down and figure out how long until the games start.

nothing more then that.

sorry for the delay of answering you on this, but i was away from home on business and just got home in the last couple of hours.

Your comments sound like homophobic stereotypes ... that gays "hate sports" and "love decorating".

If you really are gay and really do prefer decorating instead of watching sports ... so be it. I also prefer decorating instead of watching sports. And I am NOT gay. So, apparently personal interests do not accurately indicate a person's sexual orientation. Right?

And don't discount the value of the Gay Games to Q's success. Q did not create the games and is not hosting them ... they are reporting on a huge and popular sporting event called the Gay Games, and they should generate considerable income from their efforts.

I think your screenname indicates your agenda ... you want "Q" to "looz" ... but I'm curious why you think that way. Would you please help me understand?

_____________________________________________

hmmm ... i guess my comment could be taken that way. I didnt mean it steriotypically, i guess its just my sense of humor. that said .. i was referring to a count down to gay games as if they were going to do something to help this stock? or do people really look forward to watching.
And if i wanted Q to looz I wouldnt keep buying this stock.

who had this many , who was offered this amount . it just doesnt add up. only recently they raised the a/s were those shares offered up in some sort of deal and ready to hit the market right away? im confused.

Normally raising the A/S is followed by using the newly authorized shares to raise money, but they can also be held in reserve for a future need. Frank promised us during the last cc that he would not raise the O/S without asking the shareholders first; unless he has broken that promise, the O/S should still be somewhere around 44B (what he said it was at the last CC).

I am still hoping that Frank has not broken his word on this subject.

ok point well taken but i dont think that explains who had this many shares to dump. even if the o/s is the same who had this many shares to sell?
???

I don't know, but maybe it is a business that had restricted shares that are now mature and tradable.

I find it very interesting that on Monday a friend placed 9 orders with Charles
Schwab for 999,999 each and to have them all partial fill at the same time yesterday with 99 shares.

Esteban,
Do you ever use the Ameritrade Streamer? It seems to show the correct numbers most all the time. You can also right click on the stock symbol and picks other things to show. I always have QBID's "Last Sale" up on my screen. Its about as close to Level II as I can get.
