Compared to last fall, there are twice as many staff there, all very busy and proud to be a part of "Q". The place is a buzz, they have added 3-4 new sets for upcoming shows (no names mentioned) yet for those shows.

Subs: I know that there are many of you that think as soon as the open a new carrier market area that the money comes flowing in. I have had some suspicions about that for a long time. Well, just because a new market opens up, the money does not come rushing in.
First of all, "Q" has to get a carrier to take their programming, then the carrier has an intro period in the new area. "Q" has to pay for promos and if the carrier charges customers for programming it is not likely that "Q" sees any of the money that the carriers call set up fees.
So while "Q" has to provide the programming for trial, the carrier gets new subs and build a base for the station. Depending on the carrier agreement, the sub money starts to flow to "Q" after a 90 day trial. So folks guess what it takes money to create new programming and to keep it going.
As far as carriers are concerned both Carol Hinnant and Cory are very busy making that happen.

HUMM!! could the SEC now make Frank & QBID File with the SEC, it now does look that way since Franks last PR now says QBID has as of now some $700 Million in assets. NO?? YES?? now read this people! By SEC LAWS, QBID MUST FILE with the SEC NOW !!!!

I am a shareholder in a company named Triangle Multi Media which trades on the Pink Sheets SYMBOL: QBID. Recently, the company has put out PR's that make claim to having assets above and beyond 10 million dollars and I am reasonably sure that they have well over 500 shareholders.
According to your website, any company that has over 10 million in assets and over 500 shareholders is suppose to file with the SEC.
As a shareholder I believe that there has been some fraudulant activity in the trading of their shares. I would like the SEC to take notice of this situation and act upon it.

Based on their limited comments so far, I think they had a good time, were significantly impressed with Q's facilities and staff, and appear to be willing to share what they learned.
And I didn't detect any signs of depression or despair: neither one ever said "woe is me, woe is me, I think I'll kill myself" and that's a pretty positive indication of good news to come.

What are we suppose to be doing here? We want them to file with the sec and nail them for fraud? Or just file? I'm not ready for them to get tied up in court right now, yet.

Thats not the college spirit, i thought i was suppose to be getting drunk till the wee hours in the am. Why do i got to be a solid upstanding citizen while you guys encourage MJM to be corrupt .. thats not riiiiight....

You don't need those terrible rotten hangovers that come with those kind of nights. If you're like me after 30-40 years you'll realize it just isn't worth it.

hmmmmmmmmm....I cleaned up dishes 5 times tonight, did 10 loads of clothes.....vacuumed all carpets 3 times....washed and groomed the dog twice....made 12 red velvet cakes....cleaned the walls in all 8 rooms....did latreen(sp)duty for the whole neighborhood . I think I am tired. Will get a good night's sleep so I can wake up with more anticipation than what I had all evening. Can't wait for Doc and Imak to get a full night's rest so they can fill us in with what they can tell us. Take care all.....It's XANAX time...see you all in the morning
