Wow, this sucks. What's worse is that one year ago I was telling my friends and loved ones about how great this company was. I remember telling them about the product we had here and how our CEO really seemed to care a lot about investors. Now, I sit here a year later and regret ever standing up for Frank when a basher came along. There is absolutely no reason why we should be sitting at .0001 right now. For now, I am going to accept my loss and learn from my mistake. I know that I will never invest in a Pink Sheet stock again. I will check back to see what Doctoall and Imakmony have to say, but I think it's time for me to give up on this thing until we get better news. I have been checking QBID once a day, five days a week for the past year only to see more of my hard earned money go down the drain. I'm not selling, but I'm not going to care about it anymore. I accepted the risks and I'm paying for it now. We hold these truths to be self-evident: This stock has been diluted to death and Frank does not care.
Doctoall, Imakmony, Jennifer, Penny Trader, Bottomliner, Rich, whiznock, Ric (if you're still out there), lilpennypincher, FatherOfTwo, firefly, and everyone else... It has been a pleasure joining you in conversation about our investment, but until we get an audit or some better news from Frank, I'm going to sit out on the sideline. I'm not saying goodbye, because I will be back if there is movement in the PPS, but it's not worth checking up on this thing anymore because we all know what's going on. So, good luck everyone.
Hoping for better days to come, -PTD

Frank said a lots of things... he wouldn't let the pps go no lower, that he would get shareholder approval on issuing more shares, DVD, Audit and that QBID was worth billions. But as of this none of thi has come true and QBID is only worth 10 mill.
So, at this point we are at Franks mercy, the company value is basically worthless.

Hey PTD, I am pretty much sitting on the sidelines too. I still own 6 million shares, down 12K and waiting for a miracle.
I sure hope Doc and Imak have the meeting tonight. Hopefully someone will keep us posted.
I don't know what will turn this stock around, I no longer believe Frank. Example-emergency meeting to raise the pps. Then .0007 now .0001 Nice Job CEO!!!
Anyway I hope Frank continues building this "Gay Empire" then sells it for 3-10 Bil!! Then I might be happy again!!

mfj I understand what you are saying ... but PPS doesn't determine a company's value. It just indicates what people are willing to risk on the stock at this point in time. And with all the uncertainty lately ... and today especially ... there apparently was enough fear to cause some sales at .0001.
What the longterm shareholders have to determine is what this company is really worth, and for that we need audited asset value, share count, customer base, etc. But until we hear from Frank, either via a PR or through Doc/imak, "guessing" about what is going on is just an exercise in futility.
At this point, I won't preach "positivity", but I will recommend "objectivity", since none of us knows which way this is going to turn out. And we may get some of this needed information very soon.
Doc/imak may be turning on their computers at this very second ...

I feel TMM must meet some critical issue. They rise A/S in very short time. And dilution in so low price. I worried they will R/S very soon, otherwise they will not dump too many shares in this PPS. Just my personal opnion.

Maybe they run out of money. If no cash, they will apply bankruptcy very soon. We can not always sleep in dream. we need to face the fact.

Bottomliner..I agree about what determines the value of a company. I was just refering to the sharevalue. Even though I (we) are down BIG time, I still (got to believe) that for some insane and unjustifiable reason, Q-TV will make it. I said Q-TV, not QBID. As I said before, is it with the current shareholders? Now, until we see the books and the balance sheet we will never know. When we do see the books, now that Frank said the shareholders own 100% of QBID, and it shows no Debt and a good subscription base, then we will just have to wait for a long time to really make any money. But if the books shows a lots of DEBT, then we probably can kiss our asses good bye as far as owning QBID.

I can almost guarantee that there will be a reverse split at some point for QBID IF it ever wants to be a considered a 'serious' stock investment for the real "stock" market. I just don't see how a company with 100B can be seen as a serious. Exxon only has 6.2B O/S.
You do not have to fear a R/S..IF the books are clean and we have no DEBT. QBID is ONLY a pink sheet stock, so NO ONE is looking at us. So, QBID may do a stock R/S , flounder around for awhile. But IF QBID can GROW it subscription base and NOT take on to much DEBT in the process, and show a profit in the long run. No one will remember a R/S a year or two from now.
I know that is a lots of IF's.. I don't particularly want to have to wait a year or two, but that is probably what we are going to have to do.
We just need to see those Books...
Again, this is just MHO.

Well, I sure am wanting to hear from doc and imak even if they can not talk about everything the only words I need to see are "I am keeping all my shares or I am getting out as soon as possible" this is what I am wondering. I would trust doc and imak if they said either one it would make my decision a lot easier.

Frank has recently put out a PR stating that “Triangle Multi-Media common shareholders control one hundred percent of Q Television Network”. Does that mean that Frank never converted his common shares to preferred shares?

For the R/S, it all depends on the actual reasons behind it. If the company is making a profit and does not need to dump shares anymore, then a R/S makes sense, as it lessens the O/S and raises the share price accordingly.
There are investors who do not buy a stock unless it has a minimum price of $5.00. I know of companies who have done a R/S just to make their stock price go above $5 to attract those kind of investors and institutions.
Audited financials will show all those and more.
Hopefully Doc and Imak have some news for us.
Good luck to us all

somebody please put me out of my misery please. I"m glad that we could see light at the end of the tunnel now. Its pretty much clear now that stock has hit rock bottom. I don't know what is worse.. the pps going down or logging into my account to see this stock go down consistently for the last 18 months!
Its all over and I have accepted defeat. It was nice kowing you all. One thing I learnt from the pink sheet investment is when you are up a couple of ticks take it and run. Ofcourse the sad part is I was never up once on this stock to exit my position.

noah For now, being objective is a lot easier than being positive ... so let's shoot for that. Until we get information from Frank via a PR or via Doc/imak, we cannot know if we are happier or sadder than we were yesterday. So why is everyone so down tonight? Let's wait for facts before we give up.
Some people are posting total despair tonight. But the only thing that is different today is that we closed at .0001 ... and that just means .0001 was the last trade of the day. It doesn't mean the PPS "can never" rise again.
I said I wouldn't preach "positivity" today. So instead, let's just look at this realistically. It appears to me that people should sell: -at .0001 only if they believe the stock will soon quit trading. -at .0002 only if they just want to "end their misery" and walk away. -at .0003 only if they've been able to get some shares at .0002. -at .0003+ only if they need money to pay off their bookie ... because when Q hits .0003, it might finally be the turnaround we've all been waiting for.

So to begin with you all know that I along with others made a visit to "Q" last fall. So getting another tour today was a pleasant adventure.
Compared to last fall, there are twice as many staff there, all very busy and proud to be a part of "Q". The place is a buzz, they have added 3-4 new sets for upcoming shows (no names mentioned) yet for those shows.
The place appears to be running more smoothly. On my last tour I did not get to visit the suites upstairs, but today I did. Geez state of the art, the equip must be worth a bundle.
It is my understanding that Richard Brown will be located in Burbank in approx 3 weeks and will operate out of Burbank.
Spend some time talking with Steve Kmetko and his crew, very impresive. Spend time talking with Scott Withers, Honey Labrador.
There was a meeting today at "Q" with the Reps from the Gay Games and the production crew.
I promise that I will get as much information out as I can, just very tired tonight, although I arrived in Burbank yesterday at 430PM I did not get to bed until after 230AM this morning and up again at 600AM this morning.
